The
CASACOR Itapema/Santa Catarina opened the doors of Villa Maiorca for architecture, interior design and landscaping professionals to get to know the
masterplan for this year's show and start choosing their spaces from the
32 environments that the show will present.

"It was a very productive afternoon, We had the presence of new professionals, from offices that were here in Itapema with us in 2024, and those more experienced, both showing their interest in participating", said Francis Bernardo, who led the guided tour. The Villa Maiorca, where the CASACOR Itapema 2025 will be held, features a leisure area of 1.800 m2, tiled walls on the outside, a 150-meter-high building with two swimming pools, one in the morning sun and the other in the afternoon sun. "The company meets its construction schedules without delays and offers modern, spacious spaces that are in line with the main trends in construction and decoration on the market" says Marice Gandin, managing director of the edition's local partner, Construtora Gandin. The professionals will guide their creative processes by translating the theme of CASACOR 2025, "Sowing dreams".
