CASACOR celebrates 25 years in Mato Grosso in 2026 and returns to the Santa Rosa neighborhood, where it held its first edition in the state

The CASACOR Mato Grosso 2026 sold 80% of its 27 projects in just three hours during the Open House held on the morning of last Thursday (13). The immediate adhesion confirms the maturity of the architecture, design, and landscaping market in the state and opens the edition that celebrates the 25 years of the exhibition in Mato Grosso.
The event marked the official presentation of the property that will host the commemorative edition: a residence with 900 m² of built area and 2,000 m² of total area, located in the Santa Rosa neighborhood, where CASACOR held its first exhibition in the state. The symbolism of returning to the place of origin and the return to the residential format after 15 years reinforces the historical character of the edition.

During the Open House, the curator of CASACOR, Pedro Ariel Santana, presented the national theme “Mind and Heart”, recently launched at Sesc Pompeia in São Paulo. He highlighted the architectural quality of the property, stating that the scale and profile of the spaces will favor striking conceptual proposals.

The director of the exhibition, Luiz Hugo Queiroz, celebrated the rapid occupation of the projects and stated that the result confirms the strength of the local creative market. For him, returning to the neighborhood where it all began symbolizes a cycle that closes with maturity and purpose. Meanwhile, the creative director of the exhibition, Giovanna Trojan, presented the Masterplan of the commemorative edition. According to her, celebrating the 25 years of CASACOR Mato Grosso in a residence that refers to the origin of the exhibition makes the edition especially significant.
