CASACOR Santa Catarina kicked off its 2026 edition in Florianópolis with an open house on the afternoon of Tuesday, the 24th. The gathering brought together dozens of professionals and suppliers at the former Estácio College building, in the Saco Grande neighborhood, the venue that will host the show this year.

During the event, guests were able to learn about the exhibition circuit and the project guidelines, whose master plan is signed by architect Mário Pinheiro. The edition will be marked by the celebration of the brand's 30 years in Santa Catarina, reinforcing the show's relevance in the regional scene.
The show will feature 36 projects, distributed across 2,602.37 m² on the ground floor and 1,358.35 m² on the upper floor. “We can easily say it's 4,000 m² of pure architecture and trend,” said Mário Pinheiro.

The proposal once again includes a gastronomy space open to the public, as well as spacious projects, retail areas, and different solutions geared toward the market. The official opening of CASACOR Santa Catarina | Florianópolis 2026 is scheduled for September 27, with an exclusive inauguration for press and guests on September 26. The show runs through November 8.
According to director Francis Bernardo, the team is still in the process of forming the roster of professionals, and the expectation is for a special edition. “It is a celebratory date, and the venue is very suitable, very well located on SC-401,” stated.
