Open House gathered professionals to present the theme and layout of the 2026 edition of the exhibition, which will occupy the old Hotel Porto do Sol with 53 projects.

To celebrate the 30 years of CASACOR in Espírito Santo, the 2026 edition of the event will occupy the iconic Hotel Porto do Sol on Camburi Beach — an example of modernist architecture designed by Paulo Casé and Luiz Acioli.
As is tradition, the event agenda began on the 25th with the Open House, which brought together architects, interior designers, landscapers, journalists, content producers, suppliers, and partners for the presentation of the projects in the largest show of interior design, landscaping, and architecture in the Americas. During the meeting, the professionals interested in signing projects in the edition have already started choosing their projects.

Marking the three decades of CASACOR ES, the exhibition will feature 53 projects, including a model apartment, lofts, studios, living rooms, an event space, an experimental kitchen, a restaurant, and a café — with areas ranging from 15 m² (decompression area) to 250 m² (event space). In total, there will be 3,300 m² of built area occupied in the old Hotel Porto do Sol.

Among the highlights are functional spaces, including a novel: the pet space, which can be visited and experienced by four-legged children. Also prominent are the gastronomic projects, event areas, and spaces like Kids Space, Gamer Space, and the CASACOR Podcast, which invite the public to experience the creativity of the event’s professionals. The planning for the edition also includes the Nautical Garage and the Speakeasy — the secret bar that has been a hit in CASACOR throughout Brazil.

The national theme of CASACOR 2026, “Mind and Heart”, proposes that architects, decorators, designers, landscapers — and, above all, the visitors — reflect on the convergence of two forces that work better when they pulse together: reason and emotion. In times of artificial intelligence and information overload, the house is the refuge that protects and heals, and architecture emerges as the bridge between mind and heart.
