As a way of renewing the outlook and bringing innovative perspectives to the 2nd edition of
CASACOR Ribeirão Preto , the exhibition, which runs until September 22, brings together a younger generation of architects. Contemporary aspects, natural elements and new configurations for spaces: this is how the group presents itself, which uses social media to promote its work, as architect
Mariana Ciciarelli comments, in her second participation in the show. "The difference between the current generation and the previous one is only in the publicity, since we were 'born' in social media, which did not exist before and for us is a natural thing." This year, Mariana created a Home Office inspired by Paris, which focuses on the feminine universe with shades of blue on the floor and armchair, in addition to the work of Maysa Pettes, which represents the strength of femininity.
Innovation and contemporaneity were also the strategies of architect
Isabela Costas Montans , a newcomer to Ribeirão. The Terraço do Encontro bears her signature and aligns with the concepts of sustainability in the green wall, the bamboo ceiling and the reused iron brise-soleils. "I tried to create a modern space while combining a cozy, welcoming and peaceful style", she comments.
For
Bruno Ortega , also attending the show for the first time, the interaction with more experienced professionals is valuable, which takes place in a very friendly atmosphere. "The exchange of experiences is phenomenal and I notice a great camaraderie, the professionals support each other." In its Sensory Public Bathroom (Functional) space, marble stands out as the main element, even present in the brise-soleils, which gain the freshness of the vertical garden and the softness of the wood texture.
