1. Theme
CasaCam Arquitetura - Canto do Tempo e Alento. (Edgard Cesar/CASACOR)
This year,
CASACOR proposes a
return to its origins, rescuing and drawing inspiration from affective memories in balance with a modern touch. The spaces manage to unite past and future in proposals that reflect the
need for comfort, coziness and functionality in homes . The concept is reflected in all projects, but stands out even more in environments such as
Canto do Tempo e do Alento , by Ângela Cambraia, from CasaCam Arquitetura. With references to her origins in Ceará, the architect proposes a
reinterpretation of the "grandmother's house" with second-hand furniture, family objects and the use of materials that hark back to the past, such as wood, brick, iron, straw, rope and stone. Modernity is present in the wine cellar that opens up the space.
Ney Lima e Walléria Teixeira - Casa Duratex. (Edgard Cesar/CASACOR)
Architects Ney Lima and Walléria Teixeira, with
over 18 participations in CASACOR Brasília , adorn
Casa Duratex with personal objects and photos taken from the family album. The 168m² space
evokes the coziness of home, with rustic objects, highlighting textures and materials. . With natural wood mashrabiyas, the space has cross ventilation and thermal comfort, with
100% sustainable wood cladding on the walls and ceilings. The designer furniture design is one of the strong points, as well as the curated works of art.

Larissa Dias Arquitetura - Minha Casa. (Edgard Cesar/CASACOR)

use of natural materials, such as stone and wood , present in most of the environments, giving a special touch to the projects. It is the case of the
Minha Casa environment, by architect Larissa Dias, which manages to
contrast natural and modern elements in a large project , which encompasses a living room, bathroom, bedroom and leisure area.
3. Instagrammable environments
There is no shortage of
spaces at the 29th edition of CASACOR designed for the public to interact with, ensuring a great photo . Anyone who enters the space designed by Guilherme Bussamra and Elisa Fraga, from Guel Arquitetos, immediately feels the urge to take photos. At the entrance to
Casa Cosmopolita , the duo proposes a
visual journey by betting on beautiful and colorful lighting.
Neon sculptures are a must-see for the public at
Espaço Tempo , a 120 m² project designed by architect Alex Claver and interior designer Wilker Medeiros of Studio 2, to
embody the search for refuge in the midst of a rushed time . The environment is a mix of works of art, unearthed objects and nationally designed furniture, with pieces signed by renowned artists.
Matheus Alves - Lavabo Sensações. (Edgard Cesar/CASACOR)
The
Lavabo Sensações , by newcomer Matheus Alves, is also colorful.
The space has been a hit on social media with photos on Reservado Pop . With shades of blue, yellow, orange and red in the porcelain, floor, wall and ceiling, they contrast with the black vase in a invitation for the viewer to click.
Studio Gontijo - Living Kit House & Tektons. (Edgard Cesar/CASACOR)
The various
swings scattered throughout the projects also have the look of Instagram photographs. In the
Living Kit House & Tektons , by Studio Gontijo, the playful artifact is located in the outdoor area, providing the opportunity for a
beautiful outdoor image with vegetation in the background and a rammed earth wall .
Deborah Pinheiro Arquitetura - Espaço DECA. (Edgard Cesar/CASACOR)
The pool is the highlight of
Espaço Deca , a space created by architect Deborah Pinheiro. The 144m² space is inspired by the roof of the Itamaraty Palace.
