CASACOR Ribeirão Preto is open with 35 unmissable environments that elucidate the theme of this year's exhibitions, "The Original House". In a total area of 3,500 m² and led by a team of 45 professionals already renowned and new talents,
there is no shortage of reasons to visit the show in 2021. Frezza & Figueiredo Arquitetura e Interiores - Casa Elos. Com o objetivo de construir uma grande área de convivência para deliciosos encontros, bons papos, risadas e muita emoção, os profissionais investiram no aconchego que transparece através de elementos escolhidos com cuidado, como o mobiliário em madeira, o vinílico do forro, as lastras no piso e os laminados que revestem as paredes – tudo em perfeita harmonia com materiais clássicos como as pedras, os tecidos e as fibras naturais que compõem o projeto. EFC Arquitetura - Espaço Soleil Home Office. O desenho final do espaço teve como ponto de partida o desejo de propor algo que amenizasse o clima quente de Ribeirão Preto. O brise-soleil foi utilizado como elemento principal na arquitetura. Automatizado, ele se movimenta de acordo com o sol, trazendo conforto térmico sem perder a iluminação natural. Para integrar o living, escritório, café, área de pesquisa e lavabo, o arquiteto Eduardo Franco Correia optou por uma mescla de móveis e objetos de arte de várias épocas da história do design. Soleil Home Office Space , by Eduardo Franco Correa, an automated
brise-soleil moves according to the sun, providing thermal comfort without losing natural lighting. The space also offers an experience with a 3D Virtual Tour to see the home's complement where the home office is located.

Varanda Mineira Contemporânea , by Priscila Mortare, modernity meets the recovery of affective memories. A must-have item in traditional Minas Gerais kitchens, the wood-burning stove has been completely remodeled and has an innovative and ecological version.

Generating content through
lectures, chats and meetings is also one of CASACOR Ribeirão Preto's proposals this year. Professionals and experts debate various topics related to housing, architecture, design, landscaping, but also quality of life,
lifestyle , fashion, beauty, sustainability, gastronomy and trends. The next confirmed lecture within the exhibition is scheduled for October 28th with the wine columnist from CBN Radio,
Sergio Novelli , who will present the theme "Wines and their different styles", starting at 7 pm.
4. Gastronomy
In airy, open-air environments, the
Arauco Restaurant , the
Sunset Café and the
Wine Bar offer special menus that please different palates. And more than providing meetings, the gastronomic environments are the heart of the show. The space was designed to be a
meeting point after the visit , whether to have a coffee, a drink or a wine while tasting the delicious options on the menus, contemplating a view of the entire event.
5. Precautions against Covid-19

CASACOR Ribeirão Preto was specially prepared to welcome visitors safely and following
all hygiene and safety precautions and protocols against Covid-19 . Among the precautions is to schedule the day and time of the visit when purchasing the ticket. All visitors will have their temperature checked and will receive their own bottle of alcohol gel upon arrival at the exhibition. The use of a mask is mandatory. during the visit. Furthermore, the flow is controlled to avoid crowds. The environments undergo daily sanitization, cleaning and disinfection. The entire house is ventilated, with cross ventilation that provides air circulation.
