Cozinha Inusitada is an initiative by CASA COR Minas 2016 that combines gastronomy and scenography in an environment capable of promoting experiences that stir visitors' senses - taste, smell, sight and touch!
During the exhibition period, the space will host a gastronomic intervention project led by Chef Gabriel Trillo, Gabi Braga and Sérgio Figueiredo and will have workshops taught by chefs such as Flávio Trombino from Restaurante Xapuri, Eduardo Avelar from Territórios Gastronômicos / Jornal Hoje em Dia and Edson Puiati, coordinator of the Gastronomy Course at UNA.
On Sunday, September 4th, the kids were in charge of the feast. Chef Felipe Leroy, from Cozinha Vitrine, made a tasty potato Frisbee, and got the little ones to help him! The result was a delicious dish and lots of fun!
For the Cozinha Inusitada classes/dinners, the investment is R$160 for classes that take place from Tuesday to Friday, with entry to CASA COR Minas already included in the registration fee. The cost of classes for children is R$160. $125 and the accompanying adult will have a 50% discount on the ticket to CASA COR Minas . The duration of the activities is approximately two hours.
Cristina Menezes's Concept Kitchen focuses on the view of the coast and was designed with a symmetrical layout, with parallel countertops measuring 5 m each, which disguise all the utensils. As classes are scheduled in the kitchen, Magnesium-type support panels were designed. Pan Board and stage lighting that accompanies the chef.
