'Mind and Heart' challenges to work on the house as a space of healing in the face of the excessive amount of information and the anxieties brought by the insertion of artificial intelligence into daily life

The theme is constructed based on the annual research of macro-trends conducted by the brand, which points to contemporary issues regarding living. Among the identified subjects is the increasingly necessary relationship of human beings with the places they inhabit, a space that accepts fragility and intimacy.
Livia Pedreira, president of the curatorial council, explains that CASACOR’s research indicates the house as a refuge, in a physical-psychic field that guards and comforts. "Our manifesto highlights that the reconnection with the dwelling peaked at the beginning of the years 2020. However, the idea of the house as a safe harbor persists and now symbolizes an ambiguous era, which pushes us towards exposure but demands withdrawal. We find ourselves facing a panorama of conflicts, inequality, extreme climatic events, and insecurity with the advance of artificial intelligence. As anxiety punishes mental health, our shelter establishes itself as a sacred territory in the quest for balance between outside and inside, body and spirit. In the empire of hyperconnectivity, the house still positions itself as a counterpoint to the exhausting demand for productivity," she explains.
On this Tuesday (4), CASACOR officially presented the theme 'Mind and Heart' at a launch event at Sesc Pompeia. The presentation, which brought together names such as the potiguar architect Viviane Telles, the Guarani spiritual leader Carlos Papá, and the psychoanalyst Maria Homem, touched on themes such as organic, manual, ancestral and emotional intelligences, and served as an introduction to the reflections that CASACOR wants to address in the coming year.
The brand also announced other news, the creation of the CASACOR Institute and the exhibition CASACOR and the Park, which will take place from November 21 to December 14, in a part of the ground floor of Casa do Fazendeiro, bringing together actions carried out in the Parque da Água Branca, before, during, and after the 2025 exhibition, reaffirming the commitment to act with transparency and responsibility in the park.
The São Paulo exhibition, the main event of the calendar, is expected to take place from June 2 to August 9, for the second consecutive year at Parque da Água Branca, with the support of the Secretary of Projects, Infrastructure and Logistics (Semil) and the Government of the State of São Paulo.
