Fifty years after its opening, Cassina’s Milan showroom has been expanded. The project was designed by Patricia Urquiola: a new chapter in the brand’s history, together with works by Mario Bellini, Vico Magistretti, Clino Trini Castelli, Achille Castiglioni, Giancarlo Tintori and Piero Lissoni who, since 1968, have interpreted and promoted the ideal space to highlight the quality of Cassina products.
A new interior design experiment brings the spaces to life by building new workspaces for architects that are directly connected to the showroom by a sculptural staircase that leads to the first floor, passing through a dome, the heart of the place. The interiors are characterized by materials traditional spaces that offer a contemporary vision of the space with the retail model developed for Cassina stores around the world.
