Marco Espinoza is in charge of the restaurant at CASACOR Brasília 2018

For culinary enthusiasts, there is good news: the restaurant at CASACOR Brasilia 2018 will be run by Marco Espinoza, chef responsible for Libertad . The restaurant is the new gastronomic venture of the entrepreneurs of Taypá . Anyone visiting the event in Brasilia, at the Graphic Industries Sector (SIG), between September 12th and October 30th, will be able to enjoy a full meal, with a menu designed by the professional. The architectural design of the functional space is by Renata Dutra Arquitetura + Avocado Design . With 220 m², the space will have vibrant colors, including green. The signature menu will explore universal, original and free cuisine. After two dinners open to the public, and hosted by Espinoza during CASACOR Goiás 2018 , the idea of also running the Brasilia restaurant was accepted. With dishes to suit all tastes, the options are extensive: starters include Couvert, Tortilla, Foie Gras, Octopus, Smoked Tuna and Crab Roll. The main courses include Filet, Lamb, Barbecue, Fish, Pasta and Vegetarian dishes, which are offered by the chef. For dessert, Alfajor, spiced peach and textured corn make up the menu.
