CASACOR Minas Gerais 2023 , with a fierce competition between the projects by
Life Projects and

The office led by
José Lourenço and
Marina Figueiredo brought to the exhibition, which ended its activities last Sunday (3),
Lobby Essência – a project that comprises the ticket office, lobby and the Audi space and is an ode to architecture.
Following the essentialist line, all choices made for the project aim to
maximize waste reduction at the end of the work , a bias that brings to the fore reflection on sustainability.

One of these choices, which defines the fluidity and lightness of the space, are the
eco-fabrics that hang from the ceiling , contrasting with the hardness of the concrete. The color palette highlights neutral choices.
