LG consolidates itself as the exclusive technological partner of CASACOR São Paulo

The show ends its in-person activities with record numbers and LG expands its participation by presenting a series of launches to visitors

After 10 intense weeks of events, CASACOR São Paulo ended its in-person activities with record numbers. There were more than 115 thousand visitors, 68 professionals in the cast and 6 million users impacted by digital channels. And LG Electronics , a world leader in electronics consumption, has established itself as the exclusive technological partner of the largest and most complete architecture, design and landscaping exhibition in Latin America for the fifth consecutive year. Among the good results that this partnership has generated is the VEJA SP Award for Best CASACOR Environment for Casa LG Magenta , in the Best Suite category. The environment, designed by architect Otto Felix, was inspired by modernism and attracted many visitors with an immense wall glass bricks, seventies furniture and dark wood. In addition, the space was fully equipped with LG's latest products.

LG reinforced its pioneering spirit by presenting major technological innovations for consumers at Casa LG Magenta. Among the launches presented first-hand are the new 65'' LG OLED evo Gallery Edition TVs , LG OLED Objet Collection Posé , recently launched at Week Design Milan, and the LG QNED TV ; the LG WashTower upright washer and dryer ; and the new line of Smart Side by Side UVnano refrigerators. The brand also bet on the LG ThinQ connectivity app , an exclusive technology developed so that consumers can access and control electronic devices remotely and even by voice command.

OLED TVs


LG is responsible for bringing OLED Smart TV technology to Brazilian consumers and has been adding updates to this line every year, widely recognized by experts for offering a superior experience, with LED, LCD or Mini LED panels. This is because LG OLED Smart TVs feature self-illuminating pixels and, as they do not require backlighting, ensure greater brightness and sharpness, taking the experience to another level¹.

Through this experience and thinking about always delivering the best technology for TVs, LG presented to the Brazilian consumer the next step for this line that is already a success with positive tests around the world. As a result, the LG 2022 TV launches combine a new level of improvement and innovation possible only for those who have led the global OLED technology market for nine years .

The big highlight is the creation of two new series: G2 and C2 – the latter with a new size available, 42 inches, the smallest OLED in the world, developed exclusively for the gamer audience ; in addition to the evolution of OLED evo technology, present in G2 and C2 series, which offers higher brightness for highly realistic images with incredible clarity and detail.

UVnano Smart Side by Side Refrigerators


The refrigerator family grew with the launch of the Side by Side UVnano models , with optimized internal space and modern design, adding more sophistication and style to the room's decor.

The big news was the exclusive built-in Craft Ice machine, which allows you to make ice in the shape of spheres that melt slowly, maintaining the flavor and freshness of drinks, transforming the house into a sophisticated bar. Another development is the application of UVnano technology in the water dispenser. The use of ultraviolet light ensures the elimination of up to 99.99% of bacteria in the nozzle and ensures that water is always pure for the whole family.

The refrigerator also features InstaView Door-in-Door technology , a sleek glass panel that lights up with two knocks, allowing users to see inside without opening the door, reducing cold air loss and saving energy. To keep fresh food for longer, it comes equipped with several technologies, including the Hygiene Fresh+ filter , which eliminates up to 99.999% of bacteria and removes bad odors.

Rounding out the package of new features, the refrigerators feature connectivity via the LG ThinQ app and humidity control drawers, as well as a 10-year warranty on the Linear Inverter compressor.

Designed by architect Otto Félix in a 415m² space, Casa LG Magenta combines comfort and technology in an elegant and sustainable way. The space features representative elements such as glass bricks, Portinari floors and glazed ceramics, along with all the technology of the products. LG, which added innovative elements to traditional ones. The latest generation electronics harmonized with retro pieces and art from the 1950s, such as the dining table by renowned architect Jean Gillon. The result was the VEJA SP Award for Best Environment CASACOR, in the Best Suite category.

“It was an honor to be with LG at this important moment and setting for CASACOR celebrating its 35 years of history. And for Casa LG Magenta, I took as my main inspiration the Conjunto Nacional itself, the event’s headquarters and a modernist heritage site from the 1950s. The environment is a tribute to the 1922 movement. I took advantage of the original structure of the building and invested in symbolic materials, such as the use of glass bricks, and in the small details that made the space comfortable and at the same time modern, mixing products from latest generation of LG with vintage pieces”, reveals architect Otto Felix.

In addition to the launches, those who visited Casa LG Magenta could also check out the LG Styler smart closet , the LG Grill microwave , the Puricare 360 air purifiers , the LG XBOOM 360 speaker , and the LG Dual Inverter Voice UV air conditioners. LG Purified Forest


The path to Casa LG Magenta began with the landscaping experience of Catê Poli and João Jadão at Floresta Purificada LG . The sustainability trio was made up of the LG Dual Inverter Voice UV Nano , with an innovative design and technology that sterilizes inside the device, keeping the interior free of viruses, bacteria, mold and odors, and all this while saving 70% energy compared to a conventional appliance.

To ensure clean air, there was also the Puricare 360 , with an award-winning design that eliminates up to 99.99% of viruses, bacteria, dust and odors from the environment, purifying up to 100m² in 25 minutes. Finally, the LG Xboom 360 , made with resin made of recycled plastic, coated with Jersey polyester, produced from PET bottles, and its Styrofoam packaging was replaced with high-density cardboard, also recycled. All this technology in favor of sustainability guaranteed LG the Eco Minded seal , that is, products environmentally friendly.

Visitors were also able to check out the CASACOR Exhibition 35 years , supported by LG Business Solutions, celebrating the synergy and connection between the two brands. With free admission, the unprecedented exhibition promoted integration between the physical and digital worlds with a retrospective of the event's inspirations since its inception in 1987. , and see the progress over the years.

Those who passed by the exhibition on the floors of Conjunto Nacional saw LG LED screens, LG OLED 55'' TVs, 24'' monitors, projectors and white XBoom GO PL2 portable speakers in a complete narrative and with the possibility of being done at speed , direction or intensity that each visitor desired.

New phase of the LG Magenta program

The new phase of the program was announced to the public at an exclusive event at Casa LG Magenta .
