Architect Gustavo Neves, from CASACOR , has just created a new and beautiful furniture collection for Legado Arte. The set of pieces is called AEON (pronounced Éon), a Greek word that means an immeasurable period of time, or that is, something that refers to the beginning of time: a design focused on the primordial.

Gustavo's sober and unique style was highlighted at CASACOR São Paulo . In the 2016 edition, the Bathroom , androgynous and full of historical references, enchanted visitors and, in 2017, the acclaimed Black Suite gained exclusive pieces designed by the architect and also objects of the Campana Brothers.
(Denilson Machado)
For the AEON collection, rustic materials and techniques are worked in an elegant way. The motivation was to seek the primitive, the origin and beauty in a raw state. The rocks were worked to achieve the appropriate colors and shapes without altering their natural properties; metal, hand-cut, is not painted or plated; and acrylic, a delicate material that contrasts with the others, is there to create strangeness and surprise in unusual forms. The result is pieces of visual rawness, but of absolute technical and conceptual refinement, a challenge for those who see them.
