CASACOR Santa Catarina 2024 is full of gastronomic experiences that combine flavor, design, architecture and coexistence. Right at the entrance to the exhibition, next to the reception and the garage, the environment Ikigai , designed by Yuri Bini and Daniela Kumagai , presents the café operated by Akitutes . Next to the exuberant 20 m² cherry panel, hand-embroidered by artist Renata Barreto, the café presents the best of artisanal confectionery on a menu that varies between pies, savory and sweet dishes. Among the savory dishes, the highlight is the 'coxona' – a 240g coxinha in the chicken, catupiry and shrimp options. A full meal option is offered at the Kuya´buka Restaurant , designed by 3P Studio and Lavínia Duzzo , which serves the same diversity as the Cumbuca Restaurant . The menu, designed by chef Rodrigo Barcellos in partnership with Thalyta Koller, prioritizes fresh, deindustrialized and preservative-free foods . The menu developed especially for CASACOR SC includes fresh pasta, artisanal charcuterie, long-cooked protein preparations, artisanal gelatos, as well as numerous products developed and produced by the restaurant. All dishes can be accompanied by drinks offered on a special menu created by Emily Homrich. Like the food, the drinks are made using organic and natural ingredients and techniques , valuing artisanal processes and connecting with the roots, just like the proposal of the environment – equally homey, marked by a welcoming design, in direct contact with nature, in a mix of textures, colors, art, raw and subtle elements, and characterized by organic lines and strokes. The environment Divina Vista Bar and Burger Joint , designed by architect Tiago Bortolança , is also a great experience in architecture and gastronomy. , has a menu of burger options that vary between a blend of pure beef, chuck, ribs, flank, chicken, pork mignon, shrimp and vegetarian (quinoa and rice). Highlight for the Divinno Brie, which in addition to the 180g chuck burger, has a 100g slice of brie cheese breaded in panko , accompanied by American lettuce, red onion, tomato and house green mayonnaise.
