Maurício Nóbrega Arquitetura – Casa Bistrô. In the space previously reserved for the residence's garage, in a recessed area of its large garden, the restaurant features a mix of pieces of different styles – many of them found in the house itself and unused for years. The use of plants as dividers and the maintenance of coverings such as the old tiles in the space bring more personality to the space. The furniture favors large and spacious tables that allow distancing even between people in the same group. (André Nazareth)

"It's been a delight to be able to welcome people. I think everyone is very sensitive about this difficult time and people want to be welcomed , to feel welcomed and safe . And I think they have managed to find that here" says Adriana Mattar , who has run Cooking Buffet for 22 years alongside partner Ana Cecília Gros .
Following all strict health rules , the three houses offer different options for different times of the day. Lunch and dinner are served at the Casa Bistrô restaurant, from Tuesday to Saturday, as well as brunch on Sunday mornings. On the menu, dishes that have become classics at parties served by Cooking and also at CASACOR Rio itself. The favorite of the time is the Salmon Crudo, but there is also Duck Rice (always a success), Chicken with citrus and black rice risotto – as well as sweets, those that you can eat while praying, such as the crunchy chocolate Fondant and the pavlova of Sicilian lemon.

At Empório Cooking to Go , the order is a little different, as there is no service . But there is no shortage of good and varied options as the space offers snacks and lighter foods such as sweet potato and paprika crispies and quiches (with flavors that vary from one day to the next), as well as ready-made dishes served in biodegradable packaging that they can be taken home or consumed there, in the friendly environment created by architect Tiago Freire , who prioritizes social distancing with small tables delimited by little houses without walls.
