Festa Junina 2023: where to enjoy the country festival in São Paulo

There is no shortage of food and good music to jump over bonfires in various neighborhoods around the city of SP!

One of the most anticipated times of year for Brazilians has arrived: the Festa Junina ! In São Paulo , there is no shortage of food and good music to celebrate the bonfire in several neighborhoods around the city. So, below, check out the schedule of the most famous Festa Junina festivals in São Paulo!

1. June Festival of Consolation


After three years, the Consolação Church festival is back with the best drinks, food and music of São João! When: 17, 18, 24 and 25/06 - 5pm to 10pm Where: Consolation Street, 585

2. Juventus July Party


There are more than 15 stalls selling typical food and drinks, sweet stalls, crafts exhibitors, as well as entertainment for the whole family at one of São Paulo's most beloved clubs , Juventus da Mooca , which will hold its traditional July festival - not June festival! When: July 1st to 30th, Saturdays and Sundays, from 5pm to 11pm Where: Juventus Athletic Club – Comendador Roberto Ugolini Street, 20, Mooca Price: R$10 (full price) and R$5 (half price)

3. Vila Mariana Country Festival


When: 24th and 25th June - 10am to 9pm Where: Biological Institute – Av. Conselheiro Rodrigues Alves, 1252 – Vila Mariana Price: 1 kg of non-perishable food

4. Calvary Fair


One of the most well-known and traditional June festivals in São Paulo is the Calvário Church fair in Pinheiros. Until July 2nd, you can't miss this fun-filled program for friends and family. When: Until July 2nd, on Saturdays and Sundays, from 5:30 pm Where: Calvary Church – Rua Cardeal Arcoverde, 950, Pinheiros Price: R$ 25 / Seniors pay half price.

5. Saint John of Us Tudim


The Centro de Tradições Nordestinas brings a little piece of the Northeast to São Paulo! With shows, square dances, games and even a forró class, this Festa Junina promises to win the hearts of São Paulo residents .
