The Fazendinhando movement has been carrying out important social projects during the pandemic and, as a result, has been recognized in the media.

Jornal da Band produced a special report portraying the lack of food for millions of Brazilians during this pandemic period. The interview, in addition to bringing a report from one of the community's residents, also spoke with Ester Carro , president of the Fazendinhando Movement , who provided a parameter on the issue of hunger in Jardim Colombo and highlighted the work of the Farmers in the gastronomy area, in the production of lunch boxes distributed to the population of the region - around 6 thousand lunch boxes were delivered in 28 days , in order to reduce the impacts of the pandemic.
