Environments focused on gastronomic experiences and special drinks attract the public for a pleasant stroll through the exhibition

The 28th CASACOR Paraná , which opened its doors in Curitiba on June 26th and runs until August 14th , brought to the event a series of environments focused on good food and different drinks .
Throughout the tour, the public can enjoy this year's 40 environments , set up under the theme “Private Infinity” , and make short stops to have a tea, a drink or even have a full meal.

The Bistrot , designed by architect Givago Ferentz , with large glass doors that open onto the outdoor garden, is being run by CWB Bar and offers visitors a drinks menu at a fixed price of R$25 and a wine and sparkling wine menu (by the glass). or bottles).
Drinks can be enjoyed on the poufs and sofas in the outdoor area – an environment designed by Eco Flame Garden , with fireplaces and a view of the sunset – or in the indoor lounge with dark walls, drawings of stars and planets and infinite mirrors.

In terms of food, I nspirar Gourmet offers a fixed menu in the Bistrot area that includes starters (R$24 to R$32) and various main courses (R$56 to R$72), and a tiramisu for dessert (R$ $25), ideal for a short stop along the way.
At dusk, the environment turns into a kind of nightclub , with colorful neon lights, a stage booth for guest DJs and highly Instagrammable spaces.
“The Bistrot disconnects the user from the real world and brings them into a universe of information and sensory experiences . The public will experience a great space journey, creating a relationship with the universe and its infinity,” highlights Ferentz.

Another point is the Bar Lounge , designed by architect André Henning , from the AH Arquitetura office, as a prototype of the Matiz bar , which serves drinks in disposable bags, in the "drink to go" system (R$ 13 for shots and R$ 30 for drinks), and should open its first unit in Curitiba after the end of this edition of CASACOR Paraná .
The walls of the bar, made of transparent polycarbonate sheets in the shape of honeycombs, allow the passage of pink and blue lighting and transform the structure into a large colorful box .

The spacious lounge in front is decorated with plants,sofas and poufs. “The entire ambiance was designed to transport visitors to the idea of a city square. In this sense, the vegetation played an important role in conveying this concept,” explains Henning.
The highlight of the Bar Lounge is the ball pit. Hidden in an area closed by curtains, it allows for games and photos in a dark environment with neon paintings.
The balls also appear in a scenic structure mounted on the ceiling, full of enormous transparent circles that draw attention from the entrance to the exhibition.

The Brewery, designed by interior designer Cynthia Karas , brought to the event an environment with brick walls and a panel made of PET bottles.
A beer tank, an old scooter and a motorbike are part of the decoration . “I wanted to create a backdrop for the whole of CASACOR , something that shines from afar, since the space can be seen from the entrance to the exhibition,” he says. the professional.

On the ceiling, the wavy wooden structures, made following a mathematical model, create a wave-like sensation.
The Nashville brand's various draft beers, served fresh (R$17 to R$22), can be enjoyed at the counter or at one of the place's tables and sofas.
Visitors can also buy bottles of craft beer to take home. The entire design of the space is expected to be transported to a real location after the end of the exhibition, with the opening scheduled for December this year in Curitiba.

The space houses a Catherine Fine Teas brand store, and visitors can drink the drink pure (R$12) or with milk (R$15), accompanied by some varied delicacies depending on the day, in addition to buying special tableware and teas.
“Maison Catherine was a store designed as an extension of the home, with the aim of bringing families together and enjoying unique moments around a table,” says Taciana.

It is being operated by the artisanal sourdough bread brand Brød Bakery . The menu includes items such as quiches (R$29), breads and sandwiches (R$14 to R$30), soups and broths (R$38 to R$ 54), desserts (R$ 28 to R$ 32), juices, wines (glass or bottle), coffees, teas and special winter drinks, such as cappuccino with amarula (R$ 20).
All products can be consumed in a cozy space with furniture in sober tones, wooden panels and chairs with plush fur-style blankets .
“Café CASACOR was inspired by Nordic countries , with a light touch of green, reminiscent of tropical Brazil”, says the architect.

One of the largest spaces at the show, the Evviva Gourmet House , designed by architects Renan Mutão and Ary Polis Jacobs , from Studio Architetonika Nomad, will host a series of events for guests.
The space is filled with designer Brazilian furniture and selected works of art and has large reception areas. The decor combines old pieces with new technologies , such as stainless steel cabinets and marble slatted panels.

A seating area welcomes guests who, upon entering the venue, are met with a functional Gin bar , ready to prepare drinks, as well as a high marble table with stools and an extensive counter where drinks can be enjoyed. drinks can be tasted.
“The spaces are prepared to welcome the general public with a modern and welcoming proposal . The project was designed to welcome visitors in an intimate and comfortable way”, say the creators.

The fully equipped gourmet kitchen , with state-of-the-art appliances, is expected to host renowned chefs for gastronomic experiences .
At the back of the room, a large dining table with sofas invites you to gather around good food. The space is completed by an outdoor area full of greenery and outdoor seating furniture, called a fumoir (from the French for smoking area).
