Much more than architecture , design and landscaping , CASACOR Rio Grande do Sul 2022 is a complete tour with several gastronomic options. This year, in which it celebrates its 30th edition (until October 2nd), in the century-old Pia Chaves Barcellos building (Rua Dona Leonor, 360), in Porto Alegre, the event offers two options open to the public. In the environment, created by architect Aclaene de Mello , chefs Gustavo Marques and Chilean Gonzalo Ortuño , trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Peru, are in charge of the menu. The restaurant is mainly influenced by Latin cuisine with a diverse menu, designed to meet the needs of the public at different times of the day. In the duo's kitchen, classic dishes have been given an exclusive twist , such as the Angus picanha, which is served with a farofa with banana and homemade chimichurri , with lemongrass and coconut oil, highlighting the potency of the meat. Another option is the salmon , which is served with a bed of grilled mango, making the dish light and tasty. Lechuza will also serve a paired dinner during CASACOR RS 2022, with themes associated with Latin cuisine. The menu consists of four courses ( amuse-bouche , starter, main course, dessert) and is accompanied by wine, water and coffee. The event is scheduled for Farroupilha week . On September 23 , the chefs prepared the menu "From the Uruguay River to the Plata", with dishes that include porteño cuts, gaucho cuisine and dulce de leche . The space, located at the entrance to the event , brings greenery into the environment, creating a " greenhouse café ", with the concept of a contemporary biophilic environment .
