CASA COR MG's unusual cuisine will awaken visitors' senses
Cozinha Inusitada is an initiative by CASA COR Minas 2016 that lives up to its name: it will combine gastronomy and scenography in an environment capable of promoting experiences that stir visitors' senses - taste, smell, sight and touch!
The gastronomic intervention project will be led by Chef Gabriel Trillo, Gabi Braga and Sérgio Figueiredo and will have workshops taught by chefs such as Flávio Trombino from Restaurante Xapuri, Eduardo Avelar from Territórios Gastronômicos / Jornal Hoje em Dia and Edson Puiati, coordinator of the Gastronomy Course at UNA. The action will have a weekly schedule developed for gastronomy lovers and, on Sundays, for children. foto Barbara Dutra 2 The interventions will take place in the kitchen designed by award-winning architect Cristina Menezes. In addition to learning the secrets of preparing some dishes and tasting menus developed by the chefs, the participating public will be able to enjoy the privileged view of Lagoa da Pampulha. The Minas Gerais exhibition takes place from August 30th to October 4th at Alameda das Latânias, 30 – São Luiz – Pampulha – Belo Horizonte.
