The marathon will take place in the Brazilian capital between August 16 and 18. Registration must be completed by August 8.

Meet the mentors of CASACOR Archathon Brasília 2017

Archathon is a partnership between Muuving , the project's creator, and CASACOR , and has been held in several editions of the show throughout Brazil. Now, it's the marathon's turn to take over the event in Brasília to reveal the new promises of the interior design market, disseminate knowledge practical and foster connections between young professionals and major brands in the region. At CASACOR Archathon , participants have the chance, and the challenge, to take part in a collaborative project in a specific environment of this market. A showcase for new talent, the award is an opportunity to stand out on the path to success. During the marathon, the teams selected for the second phase will be guided by mentors – renowned professionals in the market – who will act as advisors and provide full support for the development of projects within the event's proposal. Eduardo Sàinz


Co-founder of the studio, foreigner, graduated in Architecture and Urbanism from UMSS in 2009, with a master's degree in Technology, Administration and Management in 2010, winner of international awards such as the Red Dot Design Awards, Bim bom and national awards. He has worked since he was a child. in the area, playing on construction sites and in his father's architecture studio and following his mother's interior design projects. Today he represents the creative side of the studio, with the ability to transform musical, cinematographic and theoretical references into architecture.

Yeda Garcia


Graduated in Architecture from Unb and in Fine Arts from the Federal University of Espírito Santo. She has worked in the Brasília market as an Architect and Interior Designer for 26 years. Her areas of expertise include residences, corporate spaces, businesses and Medical Clinics. She is currently the president of ABRADI – Brazilian Association of Interior Designers. She worked with IESB as a consultant in the creation of the Interior Design course. She participates in the main decoration exhibitions in the city and has works published in several books and magazines.

Eliton Brandao


An architect and urban planner graduated from UNB (University of Brasília), Eliton Brandão has been working in the field for 32 years, carrying out projects in Brazil, Europe and North America. With his notable professional recognition, the architect carries out projects with a wide variety of typologies, from commercial, interiors and even residential architecture.

Renata Dutra


Architect and Urban Planner, with a Postgraduate Degree in Interior Design and Lighting. With her vast repertoire, she works in the area of residential architecture, residential, corporate and commercial interiors and lighting in Brasília, Goiânia and Porto Alegre.

Arnaldo Pine


An architect and urban planner graduated from UniCEUB, he founded the MAAI Arquitetos Associados office with his partners Mônica Pinto and Isabel Veiga just over 3 years ago, in order to pool knowledge and carry out increasingly larger projects. They work in the high-end residential area and have team specialized in bars and restaurants.

Silvana Albuquerque


Architect and Urban Planner graduated from the University of Brasília, Silvana Albuquerque designs residential, commercial and corporate projects. Specializing in architecture and interior design, she adopts a classic contemporary style in her work, always seeking to respect the client's needs with creativity and balance. . “I try to follow trends without getting caught up in fads, using colors, finishes, furniture and materials that translate and portray the personality of those who will use the space.” How to participate: Phase 1 – Registrations must be made in groups of three professionals via the website Archathon until 08/08/2017. Phase 2 – Classification – A team of curators from CASACOR Brasília chooses the 30 best projects submitted in the online phase to participate in the competition.
