Meet some professionals already confirmed for CASACOR PR 2018

In 2018, CASACOR Paraná , led by Marina Nessi, reaches its 25th edition. The exhibition will occupy a mansion on Rua Sergio Pereira da Silva. In order to fully explore the theme of the year, A Casa Viva , the single-story mansion was chosen, with a generous 2,200 m² of built area on a 5,500 m² plot of land. The event, which will take place from May 13 to June 30, has already confirmed several professionals. Among the highlights, we will be able to see the work of Moacir Schmitt Jr. and Salvio Moraes Jr. , new to Paraná, but who have already participated in editions in São Paulo and Santa Catarina. Jayme Bernardo will design the Suite, Maurício Pinheiro Lima and Carla Mattioli will design the Living Room, Yara Mendes will be responsible for the Entrance Hall, Eduardo Mourão will execute the Bistrot and Ivan Wodzinsky , the Compagás Gourmet Gallery. CASACOR Balneário Camboriú 2017. The Concrete Room - Moacir Schmitt Jr and Salvio Moraes Jr. The designers use a neutral color palette as a base, in grayish tones, even in the use of exposed concrete. On the other hand, they chose a warm tone, castor, covering some walls in natural wood veneer. Works of art and tapestries add other charming touches of color to the ambiance.

CASACOR Paraná 2017. Beer Bar Veka - Eduardo Mourão. Intimate and functional: two fundamental concepts in the 60m² project. The space is delimited by large glass panels and brings the warmth of wooden slats and natural parquet flooring. The curved sofa was designed by the architect.

CASACOR Paraná 2016. Girl's Room - Yara Mendes. The space was subtly divided by the unevenness of the floor, and the furniture was painted in gold metallic paint. The same quilted headboard appears inside one of the closets, which hides the built-in extra bed.

CASACOR Paraná 2016. Living - Ivan Wodzinsky. The style is vintage, with a hint of the 1960s and 1970s, in this space with velvet walls and Murano vases that plays with prints and textures. Some fabrics were imported from France, new releases from the Maison Objet exhibition. Another exclusive item is the 60 m² rug by Originale Maison, designed by Italian artist Antonio Meneghetti.

CASACOR Paraná 2015. Living with Fireplace - Maurício Pinheiro Lima and Carla Mattioli. Respecting the existing structure was one of the architects’ premises. The duo developed panels that cover the walls, in a wood print. Straight lines determine the contemporary and elegant language of the space, which also features graphic art and neon signed by designer Ale Mazzarolo.

CASACOR Paraná 2013. Cocktail Bar - Jayme Bernardo. The project, with over 200 m² of indoor and outdoor areas, has the concept of being a Cocktail Bar. Bernardo sought inspiration in Eastern countries as well as in his many travels around the world. In this sense, he surprises with the most unusual ways of using Balaroti materials. Among the characteristics of the environment are the launch of new products that arrive at Balaroti stores and also creative ways of using already known materials. Flooring was used on the walls, while coverings were used for the floor, for example.
