Ensuring a safe and enjoyable outing that the whole family can enjoy is not always an easy task. If the Ópera de Arame is still just a beautiful theater for you, it's time to renew that idea. In 2018, the venue received a new project and has been offering quality instrumental music regularly. During the summer season, the project is open every day from 10 am to 6 pm. Vale da Música , as it is called, is a permanent festival that has a beautiful floating stage , located right in the middle of the lake and that welcomes hundreds of musicians, most of them from Curitiba. The attractions are announced on the project's Instagram page ( @festivalvaledamusica ). Also, at the bottom of the Ópera de Arame, there is the Ópera Arte restaurant , which serves lunch, snacks, drinks, and a wide variety of options. With lush nature, the place has a privileged deck . In addition, it is possible to visit the forest path – a place that connects the park entrance to the theater and which is a refuge in the heart of the city.

2 – Long Live Pedreira, at the Paulo Leminski Pedreira

Very close to the Ópera de Arame, you will discover an innovative project that has brought new life to the iconic Pedreira Paulo Leminski . The space, which was only open for major shows and events, has gained a new gastronomic and musical complex , Viva Pedreira , which has given the place more life. The place is open from Thursday to Sunday with a different program aimed at all ages.
Eye Museum

Located practically in the city center, the Oscar Niemeyer Museum is much more than just an exuberant building. Surrounded by a few bars, the place has become a great meeting point , where you can buy a beer and enjoy, for example, a beautiful sunset in front of the great eye. Also, behind the Museum, the " Parcão " is famous for offering dogs an excellent space to run and play and for owners a great place to lay down a blanket and relax. Also, behind the MON, it is possible to access Bosque do Papa , one of the most traditional and charming places in the city, with trails and a beautiful green area .

4- Natural History Museum

Located within the Bosque Capão da Imbuia, the place is an excellent option to enjoy a very wooded area (which is more than welcome on hot days). In addition to the vast vegetation and the prominence of the imbuia tree – a species that can reach up to 30 meters in height – there are also small animals , such as squirrels, in the park. The Museum, in turn, has facilities that occupy around 2000 m², and is a reference in the study of animal species . Recognized throughout Brazil, the space brings together centuries-old scientific collections of insects, fish, ectoparasites, mammals, reptiles and amphibians, and invertebrates.

5- Blue Lake Municipal Park

Located in the far south of Curitiba, the site used to function as a private club and, since 2008, has been under the command of the City Hall, which established the site as a park. The lake is the main attraction , and a wooden deck was built that serves as a lookout for the local landscape.
