From sea to sea | Menu: Rê's crab shell + rice gratin with pineapple, cashew nuts and shrimp in pineapple + curd cheese gratin with cassis liqueur.

7:30 pm | [lecture] 100 years of Industrialized Architecture: what is still missing? with Bruno Campos, Marcelo Fontes and Silvio Todeschi An overview of prefabricated houses and industrialized architecture, from the beginning of the 20th century to the present day and the variety of extraordinary solutions. Conception, design and construction of the prototype of the Pre-Fab House, developed by BCMF Arquitetos for CASA COR 2016 Minas. BCMF's experience with projects that include prefabricated elements or industrialized systems.

For the Cozinha Inusitada classes/dinners, the investment is R$160 for classes that take place from Tuesday to Friday, with entry to CASA COR Minas already included in the registration fee. The cost of classes for children is R$160. $125 and the accompanying adult will have a 50% discount on the ticket to CASA COR Minas . The duration of the activities is approximately two hours.
