CASACOR SP 2019: six gastronomic options to enjoy at the show

The CASACOR experience goes far beyond inspiration through decorated environments. In addition to art, design, architecture and landscaping, visitors also come into contact with the haute cuisine of the establishments that operate bars, cafés and restaurants designed exclusively for the show. CASACOR São Paulo 2019 , six gastronomic options are available to suit all tastes. Badebec Restaurant The renowned São Paulo restaurant Badebec returns to the show after a one-year hiatus. This is the establishment's 16th participation in CASACOR São Paulo. The restaurant offers high-quality, healthy Brazilian food with great care in salad buffets, hot dishes and desserts. The kitchen is run by chef Lourdes Bottura. Off-while is the space's basic color and is combined with white marble and a mix of welcoming materials – including sustainable fabrics and a reclaimed wood floor. At CASACOR São Paulo 2019, it was included in the exhibition as another option for contemporary cuisine, snacks and sophisticated drinks. Marcelo Diniz created a perfect space to celebrate and meet friends. The building The Jockey Club clock was the chosen location, with an area of 270 m², to set up the bar for the exhibition. The project portrays a period in the history of architecture contrasting with the interference of a current interior design proposal. The establishment has delicious options of savory snacks, cakes and sandwiches, as well as exclusive recipes for hot drinks to ward off the cold. The establishment is a must-stop for visitors to have a coffee or spiced chocolate, savor one of the delicious sweets, have a quick lunch or warm up with the soup and broth options served at night. The Boulangerie was designed by Patrizia Genovese and Andrea Camasmie. Inspired by French bistro bakeries, the architects created a space that prioritizes coziness and comfort. On the walls, boiseries make direct reference to the typical French interior design, and the combination of lilac and pink tones gives it a retro atmosphere that is completed with iconic furniture from the first half of the 20th century, such as pieces designed by Eero Saarinen. The Limone restaurant has reopened especially for the 33rd edition of CASACOR São Paulo 2019. Limone offers a unique Mediterranean cuisine experience with a focus on Italian cuisine. Located at the beginning of the show, the restaurant is a great option for visitors with an à la carte menu. differentiated. The environment, created by Rodrigo Ramos Marcia Buschinelli (Habitat Projetos Inteligentes), is defined by the duality of black and white, in a surprising interpretation of the traditional ingredients of Italian cuisine, which is the specialty of the place.
