CASACOR Santa Catarina has just announced the location where the exhibition will take place in Florianópolis in 2025:
the old NSC printing park in Capoeiras. The event opens to the public from
September 28 to November 9, 2025. Once again, the location that will host the exhibition will be the site of the future launch of Dimas Construções - for the third time local sponsor of the exhibition, after two editions at the old Hotel Maria do Mar, in the João Paulo neighborhood - which also
re-signifies an important space in the history and press of Santa Catarina. "This continuity only shows how successful the partnership with Dimas Construções has been in the capital," says the director of CASACOR SC, Francis Bernardo. "We are happy with this new partnership and we can reveal that it will be an
innovative project for the region, with the
qualification of the surroundings that is already characteristic of our projects. Just as we are doing in the João Paulo neighborhood, we aim to
value iconic addresses of the city through projects designed not only for residents but also for the neighborhood," says CEO Daniel Dimas.
The Open House will take place on March 20, when the CASACOR SC team will receive professionals and suppliers at the headquarters for the presentation of the masterplan of the exhibition and the start of negotiations for planning the projects. This will be the 16th exhibition of franchisees Francis Bernardo and Luiz Bernardo in Santa Catarina and the first time in the continental part of Florianópolis. "We will have a different experience, a new challenge. We bet on the ease of logistics, as we will be close to BR-282, Beira-Mar Continental, and the junction of São José, a very busy and accessible place," said Francis.
History of printed media in Santa Catarina
The printing park represents a significant part of the history of printed media in Santa Catarina. For 33 years, the space was used to print the editions of the newspapers Diário Catarinense, A Notícia, Santa, and Hora, from NSC. With an area of 7,772 m2, in the Capoeiras neighborhood, close to Beira-Mar Continental, the location will be fully occupied by CASACOR SC. A stage for business
