Hotel Maria do Mar , one of the most traditional accommodations in Florianópolis, will have its
10,000 square meters of area transformed by
CASACOR Santa Catarina | Florianópolis , on display at the address from September 17 to October 29, 2023. The property, acquired by Dimas Construções, will become a new residential development on the seafront, with a project that should begin to be built from 2024, designed by architect Nelson Teixeira.
