A few days before opening its doors to the public, the cast of CASACOR SC | Balneário Camboriú presents excerpts from the 27 environments that make up the itinerary of this edition. The Santa Catarina exhibition is back in the city, after four years, and is based at The Spot One , a new venture by AJRealty, where it will be installed from June 8 to July 23 . The professionals are putting the finishing touches on the event's official opening, which will bring together guests and the press for the Open Day next Wednesday, June 7, starting at 5:00 p.m. Inspired by the central theme " Body & Home ", visitors will be surprised by the proposals for living and living set up in the residential complex, the only one in the South of Brazil attached to Balneário Shopping. To get in the mood and get a taste of what's to come, check out the spoiler of some of the spaces below! A place to inspire, exchange ideas, share and grow is the proposal of the Ryberg Arquitetura + DP Arquitetura e Engenharia offices, which have joined forces to debut at CASACOR SC. The space, called " Studio Inspira ", promises to be the stage for stimulating conversations with prominent professionals in the region's market. InspiraCast , the space's official interview program, will be recorded and broadcast directly from inside the Santa Catarina show. "The inspiration when designing was to create an environment that went beyond the limitations of traditional, dark, closed podcast studios. Instead, we created an open, integrated lounge . The space invites people to gather and talk , promoting connection and the exchange of ideas," the professionals say. Interior designer
Laccy Silva is a new name in the southern part of Brazil. He recently settled in Balneário Camboriú, after living most of his life in São Paulo and gaining experience in three editions of CASACOR in
Fortaleza . His next big event will be in the Santa Catarina show with the
Loft CigarBlues space. “Ancestry, tolerance, diversity and empathy, modeling a new cartography of affection, thus permeating our relationships with the universe that surrounds us. Thus, CASACOR added a profound density to the theme of the 2023 edition. This same density presented me with the challenge of designing a
space that spoke beyond form , escaping the easy traps of scenographic trends. It is a tribute to aesthetics, to beauty, but it is much more the result of the accumulation of
five decades dedicated to the craft of 'interior decorating', a period in which the technical discipline of the project coexisted harmoniously with the study of the arts, means of expression, poetry and the philosophical view of the living space, in which we are all inserted, with our body and our soul", says the interior designer.
Also making her debut in this edition, architect
Bianca Rieg promises to transport visitors to the memories of her family's farm, where she was born and lived for many years. "My body is filled with all my memories and all the essence that nature and animals have brought me. Today, in the busy days in which I live, visiting my home fills my body and strengthens me to move forward!" says the professional, who finds inspiration for
Morada Lorena in her own story.

Gabriela Herde reorganized her priorities in life. Back on the CASACOR SC team, the professional presents
Slow Living , an environment that
emphasizes the home as a refuge, protection, comfort and peace . A home to enjoy with all the affection and presence day after day. "After a three-year break, amid the pandemic and two pregnancies, I felt the need to return, as a breath of fresh air to move forward, creating and having fun in the process, having the luck of loving everything that involves a project, from its conception to its execution, today, with much more calm and making the most of each phase", says Gabriela.
The
Singular Loft , which marks architect
Ágata Cipriani 's debut in the exhibition, reflects on the relationship between the home and the human body. As the surface that connects the human being with the world around it.
Interior designer
Fernando Luiz Dal Bosco arrives at his seventh edition of the CASACOR SC exhibition with a new project, in partnership with The Spot One, a venture by AJRealty. "The Spot One" is marked by the presence of
natural materials , such as stones, wood and plants, contrasting
light and dark tones .
Thinking about the place based on who will occupy it: this is a path already taken by the
Blanc Arquitetura office, which confirms its fifth participation with the "
Sunset Loft Bar " in this edition. "Ambience, prints, textures, natural lighting and color mix to bring harmony and intensity to the loft. Our body is our main residence, but our house is our secondary home. With this in mind, just as our body has many curves and sensations,
the environment that will be presented merges these elements , transmitting emotions and even discomfort at some point", says Vanessa Schmidt, head of the collective.
New to the team, the
Casa de Areia Interiores office presents its design style at
Living ID . "The exotic rock surfaces, leather, natural weaves and spot lighting convey the art of living with elegance, prioritizing comfort. The organic design of the loose furniture and ornaments complete the space," comment the professionals.
Architect
Jeferson Branco encourages us to think about the impact of technology on contemporary life. His space "
t3chno.Delta " explores the idea of extension and symbiosis between the resident and the space. "The theme proposed by the exhibition makes us seek another path between the body, the space it occupies and technological extension. We know that technologies, if used well, invert this order currently understood as the replacement of the human by the machine. It is human nature to create, this repertoire today algorithmized in the clouds, often used to manipulate behaviors and opinions.
We need to restore people's autonomy in life ", says the architect.
Invited to design the Audi space, which is called
Autoplatz , the
indi arquitetura office created a simulacrum with an art gallery feel to display the brand's models. "The “
House of Progress ” concept, which the automaker has established globally, has guided the brand's “
Human Centric ” vision. In this way, we designed a spacious and inviting space that materializes the elegant sinuosity of the vehicles with curation of renowned pieces of Brazilian furniture", say the architects.
Klaxon Estúdio De Design is responsible for the bookstore in the "
Reading Room " exhibition, a space that goes far beyond a commercial proposal, which aims to draw attention to the importance of a business profile focused on reading and knowledge for society and the maintenance of its own history. "We are participating in the show for the seventh time, which gives us a certain knowledge of how it works, but we take the opportunity to highlight the new formation of the studio, currently with the union of the talents of an interior designer and a graphic designer, further strengthening our identity as an office that designs
both residential and commercial dreams , delivering our
expertise to the market", highlight the designers.
Of the dimensions that make up contemporary life, where the boundaries between inside and outside are constantly changing, architect
Bia Kestering places the human being at the meeting point between opposites. Right in the middle of the line of convergence portrayed in the "
Gourmet Opponere " environment. “The world outside can be urgent and hectic, but within this space we can focus on what protects and calms us. I believe that the world’s adversities happen and we are forced to adapt. It’s survival. Spaces need
to promote this adaptation in a conscious way and allow changes to occur. We are increasingly immersed in globalization and this makes us more conscious and changeable individuals,” explains the architect and urban planner.

Cabin 16 by DECA ", an environment designed to enjoy and relax in the comfort of your home. The duo emphasizes that the home is a welcome place for everything that gives pleasure to its inhabitant.
The "
Harmony Garden " occupies the central square of The Spot One, and invites you to linger there surrounded by carefully designed landscaping. Bringing nature closer to people is the proposal of the offices
Grupo Le Notre and Roberta Zimmermann Arquitetura .

Memories that belong " is an invitation to slow down and marks the debut of architects
Manuela Dal Pizzol and Marice Gandin in this edition.
