The year 2026 will be special for CASACOR Santa Catarina. The occasion, which marks the
30 years of the brand's presence in the state, will be marked by the
return of CASACOR to Balneário Camboriú – more specifically at the
Pericó Residence, from Pioneira Empreendimentos, in the central region of the city. This was announced by the CASACOR SC board last Tuesday, July 22, at a cocktail event that gathered the cast and special guests at the Residencial Villa Maiorca in Itapema.

It was also announced by the board of CASACOR Santa Catarina the
forecast date for the Open House at Pericó Residence, which will be on October 6 of this year. The exhibition in Balneário Camboriú is expected to open to the public from
May 17 to June 28, 2026.
"It was about time we returned to Balneário Camboriú, after two years of many achievements in Itapema. The headquarters in BC is well located, in the city center, with nearby parking. And this advance notice is good for the market to prepare for another great CASACOR SC event," stated the brand's director,
Francis Bernardo. "Professionals and suppliers are invited to get to know the headquarters on October 6," concluded the franchisee.
