The area of almost
10 thousand square meters that housed one of the most iconic hotels – Maria do Mar – is the next headquarters of
CASACOR Santa Catarina 2023 in Florianópolis. The exhibition opens to the public
from September 16th and runs until October 29th. . Acquired last year by Dimas Construções, the building that once hosted parties and weddings for Santa Catarina society will make way for a new residential development on the seafront.
The project will be launched in 2024 and is designed by architect
Nelson Teixeira . Until then, the structure surrounded by the beautiful natural landscape of the João Paulo neighborhood will be transformed in the hands of the cast. The first step will be the traditional "
Open House ",
an event scheduled for February 9th, at 2:30 pm , with the aim of presenting the property for invited professionals and brands. The presence of the director of content and relationships at

Another new feature of this edition is that
people will be able to visit the Santa Catarina exhibition and also stay at the site . Managed by the subscription housing platform NStay, another part of the building will be available for reservations. “It will be a unique experience to be able to stay in the same place where CASACOR is located and take the time to calmly get to know each project”, says the Director of Incorporation at Dimas Construções,

CASACOR Santa Catarina will once again be held in two cities.
Balneário Camboriú will be the first to host the edition,
from May 20 to July 2, at The Spot One . The residential is the first in the South of the country connected to a shopping mall, the Balneário Shopping. In
