CASACOR São Paulo is moving. After three years at Conjunto Nacional, the exhibition is resuming its itinerant nature and will move to a new location in 2025:
Parque da Água Branca , in the west zone of São Paulo, a place that materializes the desire to return to a wooded and open-air area, with its 137 thousand m² of green space spread out in a strategic region of the capital of São Paulo, in the city's new
hub of cultural institutions, bars, restaurants and art galleries.
Established in 1929,
Parque Doutor Fernando Costa , known as Parque da Água Branca, has been listed as a cultural, historical, architectural, tourist, technological and landscape heritage site by Condephaat since 1996; and since 2004 by Conpresp, for its historical, architectural and landscape-environmental value. Holding CASACOR at the address will contribute to its
recovery and
resignification , placing it on the map of attractions in the city for residents and tourists. In this way, the brand also continues to fulfill its purpose of
rescuing the architectural and cultural memory of the place it occupies, collaborating in its regeneration and that of its surroundings.
"
CASACOR has always been more than an exhibition; it is a networking platform that connects not only the public, professionals and brands, but also different governmental and non-governmental entities. Our goal is to act in
urban regeneration , creating and fostering spaces that transcend their original use. We mobilize resources to restructure these spaces and attract new occupations", explains
André Secchin , CEO of CASACOR.

Centrally located in the city, Água Branca Park
is close to important cultural institutions , such as Sesc Pompeia, Memorial da América Latina and Museu das Culturas Indígenas; as well as event and concert centers (such as Allianz Parque, Espaço Unimed, Audio Club) and universities (PUC, Uninove). The park,
located less than a ten-minute walk from Barra Funda Terminal , is next to the Santa Cecília/Barra Funda axis, which is home to a vibrant scene of bars, restaurants and contemporary art galleries (Fortes D'Aloia & Gabriel, Mendes Wood). Not to mention Minhocão Park, a successful case of appropriating an elevated road for weekend leisure.
With vegetation remaining from the Atlantic Forest, the park also preserves its original architecture, which dates back to other times. However, while at that time a visit to the site meant leaving the city for a rural environment designed for enjoying nature, today, almost a century later,
the site is fully integrated into the urban fabric . In this context, it can
provide answers to contemporary issues , such as the need to integrate green areas into the city, improving environmental conditions and people's quality of life.
Eduardo Rigotto , CEO of the Reserva Parques group, the concessionaire that manages Parque da Água Branca, states: "the partnership with CASACOR is in line with our objective of seeking companies and partners whose purpose is to
revitalize public spaces . In addition, it will allow the occupation of currently empty buildings in the park, bringing art and culture to visitors."
