CASACOR São Paulo announces the lineup for its 39th edition, taking place from June 2 to August 9, 2026, at the Parque da Água Branca. As the main showcase of the largest cultural platform for architecture, landscaping, art, and interior design in the Americas, the exhibition is supported by the Secretariat of Projects, Infrastructure, and Logistics (Semil) and the Government of the State of São Paulo, reaffirming its connection to the city and one of its most emblematic green spaces.
In 2026, the event will occupy 10,161 m² of constructed area, distributed across 67 projects — including houses, apartments, studios, lofts, and gardens — as well as two spaces dedicated to artistic installations and areas focused on gastronomy and shopping. Professionals will be challenged to interpret the theme “Mind and Heart,” developed from the brand’s annual macro-trends research, which proposes a reflection on the connection with living and invites architects, designers, and landscapers to think of the home as a space for healing, welcome, and self-care.

For the second year in the park, the exhibition deepens the dialogue between nature, historical heritage, and contemporary architecture. The setting expands the 2026 concept by valuing projects capable of embracing fragility, preserving memories, and restoring balances, reinforcing CASACOR's commitment to a sensitive and integrated approach to the urban context.
To transform the theme into sensitive experiences and authorial projects, CASACOR São Paulo brings together a diverse lineup, with professionals from different regions of the country and international names. In each project, the convergence between reason and emotion, technique and sensitivity guides the creations, translating the theme into authorial experiences and reaffirming architecture and design as essential tools to imagine new ways of inhabiting and confronting the complexities of our time.
Among the big names already confirmed for the edition are Dado and Guilherme Castello Branco, Nildo José (NJ+ Architects), Leo Shehtman, Guto Requena Studio, Marcelo Salum, and Carlos Fortes Studio, which will oversee the lighting project for the external area, designed to coexist harmoniously with the local wildlife.

[/caption>Reinforcing the international character of the exhibition, the 2026 edition will feature names from different origins. The Dutch designer Edward van Vliet, renowned in the international design scene, works on residential and hotel projects around the world and brings to CASACOR São Paulo his sophisticated eye and extensive global experience. Fascinated by Brazil's cultural and natural diversity, he promises to incorporate this inspiration into the space he will present at the exhibition.
The Afro-Latin architect and designer Michele Wharton carries her Panamanian heritage, translating cultural references into a contemporary language for the exhibition. Meanwhile, Eduardo Baldelomar, born in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia, returns to CASACOR São Paulo, where he participated for the first time in 2024, exploring architecture and interior design from his Latin and Bolivian roots.
Among the professionals returning to CASACOR São Paulo in 2026 are Paulo Azevedo; Suite Architects; Carlos Navero; Calio Studio Design; Felipe de Almeida (Felipe de Almeida Interior Design Studio); Natan Gil Architecture; Letícia Nannetti Architecture; Gabriel Fernandes; Felipe Carolo Architecture; Marcos Serrano Miralles Architecture; Tulio Xenofonte; Isabella Nalon Architecture and Interiors; Atelier Navarro Architecture; Daniel Castro Cunha; Rodra Architecture | rodraarq; Studio Costa+Azevedo - Josemar Costa Júnior and André Azevedo; Beatriz Quinelato Architecture; Panapaná Studio; and Altera Architecture and Interiors.

[/caption>The exhibition also features four offices that have been standing out in different locations of CASACOR over the past years and have previously participated in the São Paulo edition. They are MAAI, responsible for a 180m² project at CASACOR Brasília in 2023; (OHMA) Nicholas Oher and Paloma Bresolin, who signed an unprecedented installation for the facade of CASACOR Paraná in 2024; João Panaggio, who was part of the CASACOR Rio de Janeiro lineup in 2022 and 2023; and Wesley Lemos (EstudioW+), who designed the Saleta D’Arte at CASACOR Bahia 2025.
The newcomers of 2026 bring new perspectives and repertoires to the exhibition. Viviane Telles Architects, from Rio Grande do Norte, will be responsible for creating the ticket office, the event's calling card, which should synthesize the theme 'Mind and Heart' and provide an immersive experience for visitors right at the entrance.
Other debuts include Rafaella Manso Architecture; Camilo Jr.; Bruno Borges - BSB Architecture; Felipe Saurin; Lucas Carrara - Architecture & Design; Mia Kamimura Architecture and Design; Duno Architecture + Interiors by Catarina Biselli and Fernanda Prado; Marina Salles Architecture and Interiors; TT Interiors; Marta Calasans; Cyro Architecture; and Clara Nahas Studio.
Among the newcomers who have participated in other CASACOR editions across the country but are arriving in São Paulo for the first time are Victor Niskier + ARQNISK (CASACOR Rio de Janeiro); Tarsiana Barros (CASACOR Rio Grande do Norte); and Maria Araujo Architecture (CASACOR Brasília).

[/caption>The landscaping for the 2026 edition will follow even stricter guidelines to ensure the preservation of the gardens at Parque da Água Branca. Like in 2025, there will be no interference in the trees, which are part of the protected environmental heritage of the park and for which management is solely the responsibility of the concessionaire. Following last year’s conduct, the vegetation used during the exhibition will be kept in pots placed on the ground, without direct planting in the flowerbeds, so that it can be easily removed after the event. Additionally, the chosen species must not be toxic to animals and may not have thorns.
Any coverings, such as draining floors or stones, must be laid on elevated platforms, so that the soil remains intact, and there will be no constructions (even temporary ones) in the green areas of CASACOR. This measure protects the flowerbeds, which were fully restored with their original vegetation after the dismantling of the 2025 exhibition. Even with these precautions, if there is any damage to the shrub vegetation, it will be restored after the exhibition ends.
Moreover, the lighting for the external spaces will adhere to specific parameters, with a color temperature of 1,800 K (yellow-red) and CRI above 90, characteristics that promote light that does not harm wildlife, differently from white light, which can be interpreted by animals as sunlight.

[/caption>The landscaping projects will be signed by Pam Faccin Landscape Architecture, Musgo Studio by Denis Bessa, Ana Lui Landscaping & Karen Marini Leve Landscaping, and Alexandre Galhego, from Alexandre Galhego Landscaping, reinforcing the exhibition's commitment to responsible action integrated with environmental heritage.
The public experience will be complemented by various gastronomic and shopping operations. The buffet Mesa Viva restaurant will have a project designed by Marta Martins Architecture. The café with bookstore from Unisaber and Chocolat du Jour will be developed by Studio Sitta+Barbo. The Cappuccino Boutique Cafe will be managed by Teresa Simões. The Forneria San Paolo, an à la carte restaurant, will feature a project by Stage.AEC, while the speakeasy bar Shake’n Stir will be signed by Studio Gaibola. Also included in the CASACOR mall are the operations of Gustavo Eyewear and the MASP store.
CASACOR 2026 is sponsored by Deca as the master sponsor and Duratex, Portinari, and Coral as local sponsors.
