With a total of 516 pages , the CASACOR São Paulo Yearbook 2023 features 4 collectible covers , presenting the main trends and novelties of the edition. This year's theme is " Body and Home ", which led the entire cast to reflect and present projects that referenced the skin we inhabit, in addition to that of the body, that of the house and that of the planet.

The highlights of the edition are Alex Hanazaki , a landscaper who was inspired by the manufacture of Portinari porcelain tiles to create a contemplation space full of sensory stimuli in 290m²; BC Arquitetos , a duo that chose natural materials such as earth and the color magenta, as standout elements to create an affective and sensory atmosphere in contrast to LG's cutting-edge technology products.

The third highlight is interior designer Luiz Otávio Debeus , who created a combination of prints, colors and furniture pieces from different origins and schools, in addition to mixing patterns in the flooring and wall coverings. Paola Ribeiro highlights large panels of Nogueira Flórida wood, a Duratex launch, presented in modern boiseries as well as on shelves and on the open ceiling, highlighting feelings of comfort and coziness.
