In the year it celebrates its 35th anniversary,
CASACOR , the largest living experience in the Americas, brings the commemorative edition of its main exhibition – which takes place
from July 5th to September 11th – to the heart of São Paulo:
Conjunto Nacional, in Avenida Paulista . One of the city's most important architectural landmarks, designed 63 years ago by architect David Libeskind.

Winner of an open competition, the young architect from Paraná proposed a
large urban complex that combines residential and commercial spaces. This marked the beginning of a new era on the avenue, which was then known for the eclectic mansions of the coffee barons. The innovative project continues to be celebrated worldwide, for being at the pulsating center of art, culture, architecture, gastronomy, entertainment, commerce and sustainability. “Metropolises are far from losing their power of attraction. They are mutants. They are constantly updated”, recalls
Livia Pedreira , President of the Board of Trustees of CASACOR.

One of the great concepts of current urbanism is the “
15-minute city ”, created by the Franco-Colombian thinker Carlos Moreno, from the University Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne. According to him, the urban fabric must be planned in such a way that the inhabitants find everything they need that they need to live – home, school, work, shopping, service, leisure – within a 15-minute distance; on foot or by bike. “Six decades later, Conjunto Nacional remains
in tune with the premises of new urbanism and there was no better address to celebrate such an important date for
CASACOR São Paulo ”, adds Livia.

The event's master plan is being consulted by
FGMF, a firm that has been innovating the urban landscape of São Paulo. The implementation is expected to surprise by accommodating studios and lofts, wellness islands and restaurant, bar and café operations in such an emblematic space. of modern architecture. “For the first time, we chose to be in a
large cultural corridor , a space that will delight those who already know the exhibition, but that will also bring CASACOR closer to a new, more diverse and plural audience.”, says
André Secchin , General Director of CASACOR. He points out that this year's event aims to consolidate CASACOR's position as a unique platform of
greater interest and importance for professionals and brands.
Particular Infinity

This year’s theme, “
Infinito Particular ,” references biographical houses that go beyond styles. CASACOR curators
Livia Pedreira ,
Pedro Ariel Santana and
Cris Ferraz , supported by trend research, invite the show’s cast to reflect on the need to design
environments that prioritize physical, mental and spiritual well-being ; harmony, balance and comfort. “The home of the hyperdigital era, self-contained and hyperconnected, is more sustainable, diverse, supportive and loving.
A refuge centered on well-being , where each person can imprint their story. Colors, art, furniture, family memories, textures , plants, perfumes”, adds Livia Pedreira.

Connectivity and digital go beyond the theme of the event and are part of CASACOR. “We will continue
to expand our digital experiences . We have plans to go far beyond what we offer today, providing an immersion into the CASACOR universe before, during and after the event. ", says André Secchin. "CASACOR has always evolved in form and content, keeping alive in its DNA the challenge of presenting
creative, versatile and timely proposals . A good example was the innovative
CASACOR Windows project and the implementation of the
phygital format nationwide, without losing the essence of the brand. brand, created in 1986", recalls Secchin.
