From June 2 to August 9, 2026, Parque da Água Branca hosts another edition of CASACOR São Paulo. The largest architecture, interior design, and landscaping show in the Americas brings together 70 projects in an area of over 10,000 sq m. These include architectural and cultural projects, art installations, shops, and restaurants signed by more than 75 professionals.
With the theme "Mind and Heart", CASACOR São Paulo 2026 proposes an experience that traverses different ways of thinking, feeling, and inhabiting spaces. CASACOR São Paulo 2026 will be held between June 2 and August 9. It will be open from Tuesday to Sunday and holidays, always from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.. One point of attention is that entry to Parque Água Branca is allowed until 8 p.m., while the on-site box office and the last entries to the show run until 8:15 p.m.
Exception: On days of Brazilian National Team matches during the World Cup, the opening hours of CASACOR São Paulo 2026 are subject to change.
Tickets for CASACOR São Paulo 2026 can be purchased through the online box office (here), on the CASACOR app (available for Android and IOS) or at the physical box office of the event. For in-person purchases, opening hours run until 8:15 p.m.
It is worth mentioning that children up to 10 years old do not pay (don't forget to bring proof of age!). Minors under 14 must always be accompanied by a guardian. Students, people with disabilities, seniors, and teachers are entitled to half-price tickets, provided they present documentation.
The CASACOR São Paulo 2026 cast is made up of more than 75 professionals, responsible for 70 signed projects, in addition to two art installations. Among them are unprecedented international names such as Dutch designer Edward van Vliet and Afro-Latina architect Michele Wharton, alongside masters of Brazilian architecture such as Leo Shehtman, Nildo José, and Dado Castello Branco. The theme that will guide the projects of CASACOR 2026 is "Mind and Heart". The proposal stems from the convergence between reason and emotion, encouraging original creations that transform the concept into spatial experiences. Furthermore, it reaffirms architecture and design as fundamental instruments to imagine new ways of inhabiting and responding to contemporary complexities.
CASACOR São Paulo 2026 will feature five food operations with different concepts. Chocolat du Jour and Capuccino Boutique Café are great coffee options. Forneria and Mesa Viva operate as a la carte and buffet restaurants, respectively. Those looking for drinks within the event will find them at the Shake'n Stir bar.
From restrooms with accessible stalls to ramps and free wheelchair circulation, accessibility is one of the keywords of CASACOR São Paulo. In 2025, the event received the Accessibility Seal from the Permanent Accessibility Commission (CPA) for the third consecutive year.
CASACOR São Paulo is not a pet-friendly event. Due to its contemplative nature and the high flow of visitors, the entry of animals is not allowed – with the exception of guide dogs or emotional support dogs.
