Among the projects are creations by: Ana Lui and Karen Marini, Pam Faccin, Maria Fernanda Marques, Kawai Paisagismo, Bia Abreu Paisagismo, Estúdio Musgo, Pedro Rabelais Paisagismo and Alexandre Galhego Paisagismo. Near them, it is also possible to visit the box office and the exit, developed by Viviane Teles and Hugo Ribas Arquitetura, respectively.

Tiny houses with free visitation

The tiny houses, distributed along different sections of the CASACOR São Paulo 2026 route, can also be visited for free. The projects by Edward van Vliet, Felipe Rossi Arquitetura, Carol Barreto and Volar Interiores inspire not only through aesthetics, but through the way they combine low environmental impact to construction efficiency.

The commercial establishments at CASACOR São Paulo 2026 are not left out of the "free circuit". There are several options of restaurants, bars, cafés, shops and even a functional laundry. In these cases, it is necessary to access the CASACOR app (Android and IOS) to select the visit time. To complete the 29 free-access spaces at CASACOR São Paulo 2026, three bathrooms, two internal circulation areas, an accessible studio, and a functional kitchen make up the list. A highlight is the Arena do Conhecimento, designed to host free lectures and talks. The projects were developed by Carlos Navero, Senac São Paulo and Estúdio Guto Requena, Letícia Nannetti, Wesley Lemos, Mia Kamimura, Panapaná Estúdio and Beatriz Quinelato.
