CASACOR São Paulo , the main event of the most complete exhibition of architecture, landscaping, art and interior design in the Americas, has already set a date: from
May 21st to July 28th , at Conjunto Nacional, with the theme "
De Presente, The Agora ", which seeks to renegotiate the
present to build an
innovative future. This year, the São Paulo exhibition will occupy a
privileged space and
new parts of Conjunto Nacional, an iconic building on Av. Paulista. It will be approximately
8 thousand m² – a circuit slightly
smaller than in 2023, making the experience more
comfortable , but equally

In total there will be
70 environments , divided between lofts, studios, gardens, squares and wellness islands, as well as restaurants, bar and café, unisex bathrooms with family space, shops and commercial operations, as well as functional environments (ticket office/hat shop and lounge), and exhibition areas and

Gastronomic spaces and shops
Gastronomy is always remembered by everyone who visits CASACOR São Paulo, after all, the
gastronomic spaces are designed with the visitor's
well-being in mind! This year, the event brings back
Badebec , healthy coffee from
Isabela Akkari , wines from
Bardega and drinks from
Bar Caracol. New this year is the presence of
Ristorantino Caffè at the exhibition. At the CASACOR
mall ,
Livraria Unisaber will have a selection of Art and Architecture books.
Gustavo Eyewear will delight you with its collection of prescription glasses and sunglasses frames. And
Oficina Francisco Brennand is present again at the São Paulo exhibition. What's new at the CASACOR

The rapprochement with the world of arts will be even more evident in this year’s exhibition. CASACOR São Paulo will have its own
Art Gallery , which will have
Martins&Montero as guest curator and architecture by
Juliana Cascaes . The
artistic installations along the route also add to the aura of art, with murals, panels, sculptures and lights.
Denilson Baniwa, Ale Salles, Henrique Oliveira and
Pedro Ariel , Relationship and Content Director at CASACOR, will fill the São Paulo exhibition with
