In 2016, CASACOR Rio Grande do Sul , in addition to presenting the best of the region's architecture and design, innovated by bringing haute cuisine to the show through the Chef's Table project, where the most renowned chefs were present in gastronomic experiences. that surprised visitors. The success was so great that it will be repeated this year, with new guests and in a different way. This Monday (29), the 5th Chefs' Meeting took place at Vila Sérgio Bertti. On the occasion, Fernanda Guimarães, from Embaixada Gourmet (which promoted the meeting) revealed some news about the project that will take place at the show and also at the A.MA Restaurant , which is making its debut at CASACOR Rio Grande do Sul .

Among what was announced, Aluisio Sabino takes over as chef de cuisine alongside the chocolatier chef of Barry-Callebaut Brasil, Cássio Cevallos. Nelson Ramalho, from Mule Bule, is in charge of the operation of the A.MA restaurant , while chef Vinícius Gomes is the name in charge of the kitchen of the project focused on organic and local products. Among the names already confirmed on the Chef's Table calendar, Jeremy Ford, 3 Michelin Star Jeans Georges and winner of Top Chef USA, Okan Kizilbayir of 3 Michelin Star Eric Ripert, the Italian Nello Cassesse who has just taken over the kitchen at Cipriani, in Rio de Janeiro, Ivan Ralston, 1 Michelin Star TUJU and Tássia Magalhães are the names behind the trendy Pomodori in SP. The decoration of the spaces adds to the gastronomic project and is designed to enhance the culinary action. Wagner Costa and Daniele Bitencourt, from DW5 Arquitetura & Design, are responsible for the Chef's Table space and Lisiara Simon from Trino Arquitetura, for the A.MA space .
Each week, the biggest names in national and international gastronomy will cook alongside chefs such as Peruvian cuisine specialist Lucas Cinti, pastry chef Lucas Corazza, considered the Best Pastry Chef in Brazil in 2014 by Prazeres da Mesa magazine and judge of the program Que Seja Doce, from GNT, Mauri Olmi, 2016 revelation chef by Revista Sabores do Sul and resident of Eleven Dinner Room, Emerson Kim, chef and owner of the restaurant Black Sheep on the Roof, Marcelo Schambeck from Del Barbieri, Henrique Rossanelli confectioner from Felipe Bronze's ORO restaurant in Rio de Janeiro and Gabriel Matteuzzi, executive chef at Tête à Tête in São Paulo.
