advance tickets for the exhibition that takes place this year from August 6th to October 2nd, in Porto Alegre. Advance purchase must be made at the
CASACOR digital box office and entitles you to discounts until the event opens. Those who purchase tickets until July 16th will receive a 20% discount using the coupon code
PREVENDA20 . Purchases made from July 17th to July 18th will be valid for the event. 07 to 26/07 guarantee a 15% discount using the coupon PREVENDA15, and those who buy from 27/07 to 04/08, guarantee a 10% discount using the coupon

This year, in which it celebrates its 30th edition in Rio Grande do Sul, the largest architecture, design and landscaping exhibition in the Americas brings together architecture, heritage and history by being held in the
historic Pia Chaves Barcellos building, built in 1923 in honor of Pedro Chaves Barcellos, an important character from Porto Alegre. The property built by him and his wife, Ilza Chaves Barcellos, had the objective of welcoming and educating orphaned and needy girls, a function it fulfilled until 2005.
There are 3,500 m² of total area in
40 environments designed by architects, interior designers and landscapers. There are suites, studios, living rooms, bedrooms and complete apartments, as well as outdoor areas. There is also a restaurant, wine bar and a café open to the public, attractions that make the visit to the event a complete program. The plan for the future of the building is to house the Pampeano School, following the destiny enshrined by Ilza and the Barcellos brothers: that the building would have education as its eternal vocation. The project will start with the restoration and revitalization work led by Studio1 Architecture.
