CASACOR Rio Grande do Sul offers haute cuisine experiences in 2019
More than design and architecture, a complete itinerary awaits visitors at CASACOR Rio Grande do Sul , which remains open until September 8th in Porto Alegre. After visiting the 49 environments designed by architecture, design and landscaping professionals, the public can enjoy the event's gastronomic operations for a special meal, drinks or coffee. Café + Bistro For the fourth consecutive year, Mule Bule Gastronomia is present at CASACOR RS. In addition to being responsible for the entire gastronomic operation of the show's events, the company runs a fixed operation from Tuesday to Sunday at Yard Café, a café designed by architects Márcio Moreira , Samantha Diefenbach, Magali Montani and Michele Ravadeli. The space brings back the nostalgic feeling of a small Parisian café/bistro, balanced with tropical Brazilian references. Inspired by this concept, Caroline Moretti, head chef at Mule Bule, created a menu based on the gastronomy French cuisine with its gratin baguettes, crepes suzettes, éclairs and dishes that catch the eye and stand out for their presentation and flavor. In addition to the traditional espressos and cappuccinos, the café will offer drinks extracted by French presses, a system that produces a coffee of rare flavor. Starry dinners On Thursday to Saturday nights, the Embaixada Gourmet Experience space, designed by Estúdio Santi, welcomes guest chefs and celebrity names for exclusive dinners for just 20 people per night. The project, led by the Embaixada Gourmet gastronomy platform, is an experience with five dishes prepared at the customers' table during dinner. The idea is to provide more interaction between the chefs and the participants, while maximizing the value of the ingredients. The initiative has already brought to Porto Alegre personalities such as Raymond Li, from the Palmar Wynwood restaurant in Miami , and Flavio Miyamura, from Miya, a Michelin star, in São Paulo. Names such as José Guerra and Sae Young Kim are also on the Embaixada Gourmet calendar in the coming weeks. Tickets for the experiences are limited and are available on the website embaixadagourmet.com .br. Bread and Pizza One of the new features this year is the Pane Pizza operation. The menu offers five flavors of individual pizzas, as well as baguettes and Uruguayan sweets. Visitors can also enjoy a menu of craft beer, wines and sparkling wines in an environment that seats 18 people. The space was designed by Luciana Pestana Arquitetura.
