A new address, in a new setting and many new stories to tell : this is the premise of the next CASACOR Rio de Janeiro ! The Rio de Janeiro show opens its 33rd edition on September 24 and will run until November 24 at the Fashion Mall, located in São Conrado. Of the entire space, six thousand square meters of area divided across the three floors of the mall will be occupied by the
68 professionals who will bring
48 environments to this year's event. The space was designed as a
condominium , which has a privileged view of the golf course, Rio's beaches and Pedra da Gávea.
The tour begins on the third floor, where the bars , restaurants and shops are located. The next two floors are the entire residential area, which this year features 17 lofts , 9 studios and common areas for the condominium, such as coworking , laundry, home theater and toy library . In this edition, the national theme that guides professionals in creating the concept of their environments is
“From Present to Now”: an invitation to reflect on how our daily decisions impact the future.
An unprecedented address
Opened in 1982, Fashion Mall is part of Rio de Janeiro 's history and has always been a place for trends and luxury, just like CASACOR Rio de Janeiro itself. Acquired in 2021 by Gafisa, the mall is currently undergoing a renovation process .
