On Thursday, March 5, CASACOR Ribeirão Preto held the open house for the 2026 edition. The gathering marked the unveiling of the property that will host the exhibition and brought together more than 200 guests, including professionals, business leaders, the press, and opinion makers. The occasion also kicked off reflections on the theme “Mind and Heart,” the concept that guides the next edition and proposes a discussion about contemporary living.
Traditionally, the open house is the first moment when the exhibition shares with the market the theme that will guide the edition's projects. This year's proposal invites reflection on the balance between reason and emotion in the way of living, bringing architecture, design, landscaping, and well-being closer together.

During the gathering, architect and journalist Pedro Ariel, CASACOR's national curator, gave a talk that delved into the edition's concept and addressed the transformations in the way people relate to the home. “The self-imposed pressure to perform, be relevant, and constantly produce has generated a state of exhaustion in people. The home needs to once again be a place of refuge, a place capable of regenerating and reconnecting,” he said. The event also featured the participation of architect and CASACOR curatorial assistant, Ana Clara Escuciato, who presented references and examples of projects aligned with the edition's theme.
CASACOR Ribeirão Preto 2026 will be held in a property located at Avenida Sumaré, no. 590, in Jardim Sumaré, with about 2,000 m² of land and 1,600 m² of built area. The exhibition will be open to visitors from August 25 to October 12, 2026.
