CASACOR Ribeirão Preto has already defined the address for its 8th edition: a residence located at Avenida Sumaré, No. 590, in Jardim Sumaré, one of the most traditional and valued neighborhoods in the city. The property will host the exhibition from August 25 to October 12, 2026, allowing for a new format of occupying projects and expanding the possibilities for public interaction throughout the visit.

Designed in the 1980s by architect Marcos Tomanik, the house has about 2,000 m² of land and 1,600 m² of built area that favor the integration between internal and external projects. The choice of the property also reinforces the relationship of the exhibition with the city by occupying an emblematic residence in a traditional region, contributing to mobilizing the surroundings and integrating CASACOR into the urban and creative circuit of Ribeirão Preto during the event period.

“The choice of the property is based on the strategic location and, mainly, on the potential of the projects. We have generous and integrated areas that favor coexistence and create a very interesting dynamic for the visitor experience, with operations and events happening in a connected way,” highlights Maurício Siqueira, director of CASACOR Ribeirão Preto.

The space will host more than 30 projects, distributed from a large central area for coexistence and leisure, where the swimming pool takes on a leading role and will concentrate operations such as café, restaurant, bar, and events, creating a meeting point along the exhibition route. Among the news for this edition is the return of lofts, a typology that expands the creative possibilities for professionals and allows for different solutions for living in more compact spaces.

The architecture marked by balconies, areas for staying, and the relationship with open projects directly dialogues with the theme of 2026, “Mind and Heart,” which proposes the house as a space for welcome, balance, and reconnection. In practice, the property favors the creation of projects focused on well-being, moments of pause, and new dynamics of living, translating the concept into a sensory experience throughout the visit.
