Architects, interior designers, landscapers and companies from Piauí participated in the Open House CASACOR Piauí 2025 on Monday (25) and Tuesday (26). The event was a moment to present to the guests the new property that will host the show next year, in the Jockey Clube neighborhood, one of the best located in the city. It was also the ideal opportunity for professionals to choose the most interesting space to develop their creations in the coming months. The house is located at Av. Senador Arêa Leão, 1459, has a built area of 1,200 m² and almost 6,000 m² of total area. Check out the gallery to see who was there:

Cristina Napoleão , shares that expectations for 2025 are very positive. “The first edition was an
absolute success in terms of professionals, companies and the public that visited us. The city and the state benefited greatly from the event and, therefore, we are working hard to hold CASACOR Piauí 2025 with even greater success, creativity and positive impacts for the region”, she endorses. For
Pedro Esdras , Director of CASACOR Piauí and Ceará, the new location of the show is central, “which should be a
showcase for professionals and the city. Expectations remain very positive and this is a result of our first edition. It is a house from the 80s, on the ground floor, with great accessibility and spacious spaces. It will be an edition as beautiful or more beautiful than the first one”, he reinforces.
Ícaro Machado , from the Superintendence for the Development of Piauí Handicrafts (Sudarpi), emphasizes the important partnership with the exhibition. “We who make Piauí handicrafts every day understand that
CASACOR Piauí was a milestone. It was a turning point in the public policy that we work on for Piauí handicrafts, as it managed to elevate and show the people of Piauí that handicrafts have to be present in people’s homes”, he points out. The superintendent also adds that at “CASACOR Piauí 2025 we will organize ourselves even more to show the population the importance of the Superintendence, which, in partnership with other state departments, is able to develop an efficient public policy for Piauí handicrafts. The expectations for the exhibition in 2025 are very high”, he states.
Architect
José Ribeiro , who participated in the first edition of the event by designing the “Casa Joya” space, was present at the Open House and reinforced the
importance of the exhibition’s arrival in Teresina . “It’s a fantastic event, as it moves the city’s design, decoration and architecture scene. It’s already on the city’s calendar and I intend to be there whenever possible,” he points out. He adds that “the result was excellent for everyone.
It brought a lot of visibility and the city loved it . Each edition will be better, well-formatted and, without a doubt, a success,” he emphasizes. Also a member of the first CASACOR Piauí cast with the environment “Circulação De Presente, O Agora”, the architect and professor of Architecture at Unifacid Wyden,
Aloísio Evangelista , was at the event and recalled memories of his participation. “
It was an opportunity to show a little of my work in the first edition. It brought me good work, I have reaped great fruits after CASACOR Piauí and I am very excited to see the second edition take place”.
The second edition of CASACOR Piauí 2025 has the theme “
Sowing Dreams ”, an invitation to
think about living in harmony with nature, bioarchitecture and the sustainability of the planet . In the capital of Piauí, the exhibition is scheduled to take place in mid-May 2025 with a new and creative cast that will join the event inspired by the theme that will guide the projects.
