During the traditional winter season in Curitiba, CASACOR Paraná stands out as a must-visit option for those seeking leisure with comfort and inspiration. In this 31st edition, one of the most iconic mansions in Batel, located at Rua Carmelo Rangel, No. 505, has been revitalized and houses 33 projects designed by renowned professionals from the state. In addition to showcasing the main trends in architecture, design, and landscaping in residential proposals of various styles, the exhibition invites the public to explore gastronomic operations, exclusive shops, and Instagrammable spaces. The cozy atmosphere is guaranteed by heated projects and fireplaces, making CASACOR Paraná the ideal itinerary to enjoy the cold days in Curitiba. Check out 12 of these projects, which can be visited until July 27:

The space that anticipates the sophistication of the home's internal projects is also an invitation to the comfort of home. The natural wood floor warms the setting, as does the directed lighting. The project combines sober tones with sculptural elements in an artistic and striking aesthetic.

Living Room

Biophilia transforms the living room into a true urban refuge that integrates a living area, home theater, bar, and space for hosting. The lighting is a key element in creating an inviting atmosphere: during the day, natural light enhances the organic shapes and natural textures of the setting; at night, the lighting design crafts sophisticated scenes that reinforce the feeling of belonging.

Fireplace Room

The word "fireplace" derives from the Latin lar, a term that refers to home. The central point of this room, the fireplace is more than a source of thermal comfort — it is a symbol of welcome. The rough wall, illuminated by a structure, represents the light of social interaction, able to warm even on the coldest days. In contrast, the large wooden box, combined with other natural materials, forms a solid foundation for well-being and quality of life.

Dining Room

Designed to provide thermal comfort, this project is inspired by natural ecosystems of cooperation. The dining room stands out as a living organism translating the metaphor of insect cocoons in every detail. The proposal comes to life in the organic shapes, natural materials, and sensory stimuli that promote welcome, exchange, and coexistence.

Bar and Cigar Lounge

An atemporal setting designed for those who appreciate intimate moments and pleasures that require presence. The owner's refuge welcomes with warm colors, indirect lighting, and noble materials. The bar and the cigar lounge enrich the experience in the room, designed for both contemplation in solitude and great conversations with guests.

Kitchen

The pleasant decoration of this kitchen highlights the natural wood which, combined with earthy tones, creates a cozy atmosphere that goes beyond functional technological solutions. The fluid layout and generous natural light transform the kitchen into the living center of the house — a space where time slows down and memories gain flavor.

Bedroom

Talita Nogueira - Room of Little Pauses. Project of CASACOR Paraná 2025.

(Eduardo Macarios/CASACOR)

In the intimate area, comfort reveals itself in the poetic composition. In this sensory and symbolic proposal, works by the couple's children share the wall with creations by major artists, sculptures, and books. The earthy tones, natural materials, and mix of patterns provide a sense of warmth to the project with sophistication and identity.

Office

Multifunctionality is also synonymous with comfort. In this project, besides being a workspace, there is space for books, decorative objects, and a resting and reading area. The setting, which combines sustainably managed wood, directed lighting, and other textures like fabrics and ceramics, was inspired by literature lovers who, even in their workspaces, find shelter to leaf through their books.

Lounge

Maria Eduarda Caiado - Blue Refuge Bathrooms. Project of CASACOR Paraná 2025.

(Guilherme Rocha/CASACOR)

The celebration of design as an extension of nature transforms this lounge into a cozy space that houses two bathrooms. Besides being functional, the place invites permanence by harmonizing neutral tones with vibrant colors, natural textures with ceramic finishes, and craftsmanship with technological solutions. The experience is enriched by the thermal comfort of the fireplaces.

Square

The external area of the house is also heated with fireplaces, giving a special charm to the pool. The comfortable design of the furniture and the naturalness of the vegetation are embedded in a pleasant acoustic setting, ideal for social gatherings during the tour. The materials used in the project, such as coatings and lighting, focus on technology for display and outdoor resistance.

Bar

Givago Ferentz - Bar. Project of CASACOR Paraná 2025.

Givago Ferentz - Bar. (Antônio More/CASACOR)

With operation from Sacas Hub, the house's bar offers a cocktail menu — including exclusive creations for the exhibition — and dishes. Although the project is inspired by the sea floor and promotes the feeling of being among the reenergizing waves of water, the sensory experience is complemented by fireplaces that warm the space.

Bistro

The gastronomic operation of Hard Rock Cafe Curitiba replicates, within CASACOR Paraná, the intimate atmosphere of the original project. The rock soul of the city reveals itself in dark tones, sober textures, and staged lighting. Visitors are invited to a complete experience through the musical universe, as seen in the display of iconic guitars that give rhythm to the pulsating and cozy decoration.
