CASACOR Paraná has already confirmed its 2019 edition and has several new features in store for next year. One of them is the venue that will host the show. As usual, the event is concerned with not only offering the best in architecture, design and of landscaping, as well as recovering the history and architecture of the region. For this reason, the organization chose the Zoller Building Center , in the center of Curitiba, to be the home of the Paraná exhibition. The building dates back to 1992 and was designed by architect Ricardo Amaral. The building operated as the Curitiba Outlet Center until 1997. After that period, the site was deactivated and underwent constant maintenance. Now, in 2019, the building is undergoing a retrofit. , with the aim of receiving CASACOR Paraná .
Marina Nessi, the franchisee in charge of the show, promises an iconic facade for the edition. To this end, she has been looking for inspiration that reflects the theme of next year's event, Planeta Casa . One of the projects, which will serve as an aspiration, is PARKROYAL , in Singapore. The project was designed by the renowned firm WOHA Architects, one of the great advocates of the green city – which would consist of more vegetation and not leaving it more desert-like. PARKROYAL , in Pickering, was designed as both a hotel and a garden, doubling the green potential of the site. Despite being a commercial project and private for those who wish to stay in the hotel, the office was concerned with the surroundings and the city, and created public leisure areas.
