The 31st edition of
CASACOR Paraná inspired a unique initiative in Londrina. The architects
Marcelo Melhado, Giancarlos Melacarne, and Mariana Lozano, authors of the
Refúgio Verde by Balaroti project at the exhibition in Curitiba, brought the essence of the project to an
installation set up at Kinta Acabamentos, within the local unit of Balaroti.

The original space, an intimate living area designed for a couple who appreciate the connection with nature and the luxury of design, is marked by the integration of aesthetics and quality of life. In the
compact project, solutions that combine well-being and technology stand out, such as the underfloor heating system controlled by a thermostat. Another highlight is the application of porcelain not only on the floor but also on the straight and curved walls, the ceiling, and the shelf completely covered with the material.

The natural solutions, such as the
stabilized moss panels — a material that evokes the soil of the forests and contributes to moisture and air purification — evoke the biophilic aesthetics of the project. "Each element has been designed to unite comfort and naturalness. The harmony between the textures awakens the senses and stimulates perception in an engaging and unique atmosphere," the professionals state.

Semear Sonhos", as well as
