(Eduardo Macarios/CASACOR)
The 32nd edition of CASACOR Paraná enters its final stretch. Until July 5, the public can still visit the showhouse set up in a residence in Bigorrilho, Curitiba, where architects and designers from Paraná have created 41 projects conceived with total creative freedom.
The route occupies an entire residence and a side building, transforming each room into a possible answer to the question that guides the experience: "how do I want to live?".
Carla Grüdtner - Studio Alma. Projeto da CASACOR Paraná 2026. (Eduardo Macarios/CASACOR)
This year, CASACOR's national theme, "Mind and Heart", challenged professionals to think of the home as an antidote to the excess of everyday stimuli. The result appears in projects that tell stories, awaken affective memories and express personality, showing architecture and design as instruments of well-being.
Arthur Calliari - Lapinha Experience. Projeto da CASACOR Paraná 2026. (Eduardo Macarios/CASACOR)
Throughout the visit, the public finds gardens, living rooms, lounges, kitchens, bathrooms, offices, bedrooms, lofts, bars, outdoor areas and new structures built especially for the showhouse. Each space presents solutions that dialogue with different lifestyles and ways of living.
Karolinna Venturi - Memória de Estar. Projeto da CASACOR Paraná 2026. (Bia Nauiack/CASACOR)
There is a living room that transforms the essential into art, with curated Brazilian design and reused marble; a kitchen that revisits European tradition through a contemporary lens; a children's room designed to grow with the child; a library that also functions as a guest room; an office that balances work and rest; a bathroom conceived as an art gallery; an outdoor area with a pool, fireplace and garden that redefines the concept of a veranda; a garage converted into a club, with a games table, bar-collection and a car treated as a decorative piece; in addition to a complete loft developed for a compact floor plan.

Those who walk through the showhouse are also surprised by the boldness in colors, shapes and textures. From art to craftsmanship, from design to collecting, it is the details that remain in memory after the visit — and that is precisely where the magic of the showhouse lies.
Ary Polis Jacobs e Renan Mutao - Salotto Club. Projeto da CASACOR Paraná 2026. (Bia Nauiack/CASACOR)
Beyond the projects, the program invites visitors to stay longer. It is possible to take a break at the Café & Bistrotduring the tour, relax by the pool after exploring the 41 projects, or end the visit at the Piano Bar with a drink. The program works just as well for an afternoon among friends as for a Sunday with the family — including small pets, who are welcome.
(Guilherme Rocha/CASACOR)
The experience also includes an exclusive Gustavo Eyewear pop-up, a Rio-based brand of hand-painted eyewear presented as one-of-a-kind pieces, and a Unity Essences space, where visitors can create and bottle their own fragrance.
