CASACOR Paraíba 2022 brings a new look with Léo Maia's masterplan

CASACOR Paraíba 2022 , scheduled for September, will take place in two neighboring mansions located on Marieta Steinbach Silva Street, in an area of more than 2,500 ^m2 . In this edition, the masterplan for the show was developed by the office of architect Léo Maia . There will be 25 rooms, with ample space for architects and landscapers to develop creative and contemporary work. The exhibition takes place after a period in which people have redefined the concept of home – one of the legacies left by the pandemic. “CASACOR is exactly that: portraying the current way of living . So we tried to maintain this concept, observing these changes stimulated by the pandemic”, explains Saskya Carvalho , project manager at L. Maia Arquitetos. She continues: “our concern was with generously sized environments , so that professionals can explore the comfort of living. Environments with more quality than necessarily quantity.” Other relationships arising from the pandemic, with social networks and tools for virtual meetings, will also be represented in the exhibition in two environments: one that highlights social networks; and another, a studio, which combines the concept of home, work and leisure in the same place.

CASACOR Paraíba 2022 takes place from September 1st to October 16th and brings the theme " Infinito Particular ", with reference to biographical houses that go beyond styles. The choice was based on intense trend research work, which analyzed people's behavior and demands regarding the way of living. “With the celebration of CASACOR’s 35th anniversary , the moment becomes super special and inspiring. Therefore, we are eager to see all the ideas that will give face to our exhibition”, reveals Cesar Revorêdo , franchisee of the Paraíba exhibition.
